I received the pillows in 4 days and in excellent condition. The air was removed and they were flat. I cut the package open and fluffed them, and they came to life! Over the next few days they got even fluffier. I just love them! I have herniated discs in my neck and get migraines a couple of times a month, and go through pillows like crazy. So far, these pillows are firm, comfortable, and give great support. Recommend 100%!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these pillows. They are soft yet supportive, perfect for side and back sleepers. The size fits my queen bed perfectly, and they fluffed up nicely after opening. I’ve been sleeping so much better since I got them. Great value for the price – highly recommend!

These are nice pillows look to be good quality. They come vacuum sealed so you need to give them time to fluff up. Once they do they are pretty full. There are instructions on how the best way to do that is. I just kind of shook it and treated it like a punching bag then, left it alone for 48hrs. Worked perfectly! I did not find there to be a smell from them at all. They so far seem to keep there shape pretty well. I personally do not find them to be cooling(I’m a woman of peri menopause so I need all the coolness I can get) which was one of the factors the lead me to buy them. I find they give very minimal support. Though they do look nice on the bed. I would buy again either for decor or a guest bedroom. I can not use them though that is the reason for 4 stars.

This exceptional pillow gave me my first good nights sleep in decades, no lie. I’ve bought so many “ great for neck support, cooling,helps keep cervical/spine in alignment and more pillows”, for decades and had no great expectations when buying this one, do to my experience with all the other( some were quite pricey) pillows , until I woke up refreshed, no neck pain, no migraine and I slept for 4 hours straight ( haven’t slept 4 hours straight in over 35 years, until this pillow came along) and I am excited to tell everyone how well this pillow exceeds my/any expectations. I now have slept on it for over a week and just gave my husband the second one I bought for me to take on vacations, I let him use and he woke up with a smile, no headache, none of the nerve pain he was experiencing, and even though it is queen size and he likes king, he was so thankful to feel so great in the morning, he even made breakfast for us both and took out ingredients to make dinner- big deal in this home. He is going to keep the extra one I bought and I will order more for him in his size and as gifts for friends who suffer from same issues I do and I’m confident they are going to LOVE this pillow as much as me and now my husband LOVES it. I write reviews to inform others my opinion and experience that may help them in their choices. I honestly can’t say enough about how much this pillow has literally changed my outlook because I now am getting great, restful deep sleep and waking feeling like I did in my 30’s so I encourage you to get this pillow ( get 2 or more so you have an extra for the people in your life that are needing a great pillow that gives you a great nights sleep). I could say more, lol, though you get my point that this is a GREAT PILLOW for a GREAT PRICE and it DOES everything and MORE than the write up on it. It has nice weight to it, doesn’t go flat and not comeback to original form, smells good, looks great. Take my advice, get it and for the price you are going to be in heaven after one nights sleep. I am a side sleeper & this pill give me mad neck pain, each of the are a different size for some odd random. Some came really flat and the other plushy. No smell out of the bag but idk about cooling effect. Overall decent pillow functionality wise, low to no neck support for slide sleeper.

They're very comfortable

Too good to be true! I waited to review it, to see if it held up. I bought two for the average price of one decent pillow, so I was a little skeptical. These pillows meet all my pillow needs! I noticed people have had issues fluffing them when they are first delivered and compressed in the box; I simply removed all packaging and set them aside for 3 days like the manufacturer instructed. They fluffed up BIG! Let’s see how long it stays this way till it goes flat LOLS . I spend a lot of extra time on my back as I’m still in recovery stage of major surgery on my spine and neck, and usually need more than just one pillow for support, but THIS one is sufficient just by itself! It’s very firm and gives the right support for sitting up in bed or for laying flat.It’s also very soft to sink into and I wake up without pain in my neck, which I thought was going to be a part of my life forever! It puffs right back out even after I’ve been sitting up against it for hours. It’s also hyper allergenic for asthmatics like me, but with all the assets of a 200dollar down pillow. I sleep better and wake up in remarkably less pain! I’m still skeptical about the lifespan of the pillow,( how long can it live up to this hype, …right?), however, only time can tell. Nonetheless I highly recommend this product ! This one will end all the pillow issues that some of us out there are dogged by! I’ve never been so appreciative of a silly pillow in my life, but I’ll check in down the road on its longevity. Rest well and sweet dreams, fellow travelers!

I found pillows too soft.

Nice pillows. I stupidly did not check the shipping and handling charges, so it is much too expensive for what they are. Yes, they are zippered, but when you open the zipper, what you see is the poly filling. I am now looking for other pillows that don't have the high cost of shipping and handling. So Buyers be careful.
