Excellent purchase! I absolutely love it!
This couch I had not gotten before. It was recommended to me and I love stuff off of Amazon. Great delivery, it does come in separate packages and can arrive at different times. I only say that because I got one box first and then got the rest of the delivery shortly after. I was looking for a couch with high performance and sleeping comfortably on it. I have slept on this couch with no problems or any pain the next day. I would absolutely get this couch again. It has storage too! Idk how much better it could get ☺️

Built good and comfortable
It’s memory foam so no sagging plus you can replace piece by piece if you need too if you stain or tear it you can buy new covers or a new seat ottoman etc

This is a U shaped modular sectional, not a L shaped. The sofa is U shaped, be aware.
Be careful that you look at the picture of the sofa and realize that it is a U-shaped sofa as the picture indicates. The product description for the L-shaped is not correct. Also, the assembly instructions are for an L-shaped sectional.

Not built to last, false advertising
A year later since I bought, one lid thing under the cushion broke (cheap particle board), one cushion is lumpy and they don’t offer the alternate covers as advertised, you get a lot of cushions for the price but you get what you pay for --------------------------------- old review \/ I dont appear to be alone in that I haven't gotten my whole couch yet, there FB presence has comments of others stating they are missing pieces. I was sent a green ottoman instead of the core couch seat with back. I dont mind mixups if the company takes appropriate action however just connecting with Linsy has been a rough experience. if you click the sellers website link in amazon it goes to linsyhomefurniture.com, which as best I can tell isn't affiliated with linsy.com or linsyhome.com. I can't confirm if this is accurate or not as those two sites have been impossible to reach anyone and they have conflicting information, linsyhome.com says 24/7 support and provides a disconnected number, linsy.com has listed core hours of support in EST but no one is ever available in either websites chat platforms despite saying "we are here" They have been responsive in the amazon chat feature but only once a day during china hours and that chat platform is a nightmare to get to and manage. will update if and when I get my whole couch
