Got this for my loft. Easy to fit as long as you remember the carpenter's rule "measure twice, cut once" or in this case place once to get the screw guideholes right. Would suit a basic DIYer but not a complete novice.

Simple, effective and good value
Simple, effective and good value - easy to install and strong enough to hold a loft hatch up and in place. Like to push toggle effect to open and close making it easy to use in awkward places or with only one hand free.
