Does the job
Handy! We have a small car boot and can’t fit much in there so for short breaks away this fits well on the back seat. Folds up well and lots of pockets etc. cheap and practical.

Missing shoulder strap
Good bag. Nice colour. Great size. No shoulder strap though. Not sure how to get one as I don't want to return the whole things as I need to use it.

Huge size
We bought this bag in order to carry bulky items home on our return journey. I was surprised how much I could fit inside and still be within 23kg weight limit. Obviously it is heavy when fully packed but easy to carry for 2 people with extra carry straps located on either end of the bag as well as being easy to throw onto the airport trolly. The material and zips held up well and without damage for it's first journey on 4 different airlines and taxis. I would recommend and buy again.

Great capacity, weak strap.
This bag certainly has plenty of space, with the shoe compartment a welcome feature. Unfortunately, however, the shoulder strap attachment gave way during the rough and tumble of travel, which was most unhelpful.
