I JUST USED THIS MULTICARD READER TODAY, IT'S NOT BAD; I PLUGGED IN MY SDXC CARD & PLUGGED IT IN a USB PORT ON MY COMPUTER, IT WORKS. MY COMPUTER RECOGNIZED IT & I CAN SEND SOME PHOTOS FROM MY SDXC CARD TO A FOLDER ON MY COMPUTER. SO FAR IT WORKS VERY WELL. SO I GAVE IT 4 STARS. IT'S LUCKY!

Can fit many different cards and will be very useful.
I was using my card reader for quite a few years without any problems and all of a sudden, it wasn't working. I tried all my options and it appeared my reader needed to be replaced, so I purchased this one. It worked the first time I used it. The price was right and I have other cards I can insert into it. It's very useful to me.

Short Cord & Bad USB Connection
The data cord is 6" long and a USB C to regular USB has to be used unless you have a USB C connection available in your PC. For a desktop with this setup, the card reader has to dangle by the cord. This causes the USB adapter to lose connection intermittently. After several on and off connections, my PC gave a message that the USB device could not be recognized. What a mess.

Versatile. Equiped with composite USB Type A and Type C connectors to suit different interfaces. Blue LED leds showing which slot has a card in it is a nice useful touch. Quality plastic casing and firm connectors. So good. I bought 2 more ....
