I will definitely be reading this book a few times. Lots of great information and tactics that can easily be applied to anyone running a small business. We have started working on some of the 6 areas suggested and are looking forward to seeing the improvements in our company.

We were running EOS and needed everyone else to understand what the meetings and the scorecard and the rocks actually were, instead of just showing up to them. This is the one you hand your team. It's short, and it's written for employees rather than for the person implementing the system. It answers the questions people are too polite to keep asking in a meeting. Traction is the book for whoever is driving. This is the book for everybody in the car. It worked for what we needed. It's not a book anyone is going to love, and it isn't trying to be. Four stars because it did precisely the narrow job I bought it for.

This book, changed the way our business ran on a daily basis. It lays out what the EOS platform is, and explains it clearly and consiely. It shows you what to expect if you implement EOS as your company operating system. It is how people talk to each other, how meetings become efficient, how clear lines of direction are created and followed. Our business has been using EOS for 5 years, and we would not be in business today if we had not moved to this. Game Changer -

Great examples. Clear and concise examples walk the reader through practical implementation. Also, this material offers great examples and tools for immediate use. This concept is so easy. Yet, as suggested, most organization members are so busy, they fail to slow down long enough and reset. Thank you.

It’s hard for me to be negative about this book because the concept of the EOS program have inspired a wonderful change in how my company is run. We were assigned to read the book to help us understand the process behind the changes. The book was a simple concept fleshed out with fluff, over promises and repetition - not for emphasis but to take this from a pamphlet to a book. I like EOS a lot but not because of its presentation here.

Good book

The book is a modern day re-imagining of successful business practices from last century. If you're starting out in business, or have fallen into a business without a plan, this book may serve as a good reference. My view iscoloured by working over 4 decades in various industries, including government, health and manufacturing.
