I’m happy with the way it looks. It did came with black powder in a newspaper that I didn't need. But other reviews say they didn’t get it! It’s probably got thrown away because the way it was packaged but it dose come with it.

MINTY FRESH EYES!
I'm not kidding. My eyes FEEL MINTY which is weird. Makes my eyes run, so not sure if I should toss it or hope I'll get used to it. The Vicks sensation is very odd. Is it supposed to feel like that? Is the cooling effect supposed to feel like ARCTIC MINTY FRESH!??
