Dimensions are 7" W x 6-5/8" L x 3" deep.

The listing states this case "holds commander models with compass". will it hold a commander v w compass and a steiner flotational neck strap?

It will for sure hold a Commander with compass, however the float strap may be a tight fit.

Will this case fit the M22 from 1990?

It certainly should. It may be a little tight if it's an M22 with the Laser Protective filters, but should still fit nonetheless.

What are the internal dimensions of this bag? Thank you in advance for your answers.
