It’s better if you slice it and eat it fresh. We got a vacuum sealer, so we slice the whole thing and make vacuum sealed packages that we store in the fridge.

Once opened and slices cut, is it best to store the rest of the ham in the fridge or leave on the shelf with a bag cover over it!

Definitely never put in the fridge. Leave outside with the cover on.
