We added a sunroom to our house and added a mini split air conditioner with a condensation drain to the outside. We needed something to place something on the end to keep small mice from working their way into the house. We searched and found this drain. It is perfect!!!!

That these threads are not 3/4" NPT as Listed
Hi, I received this screen today and found that the threads are not compatible with 3/4" NPT as listed, they are smaller. I did some investigating and found that the threads are larger than 1/2" NPT and smaller than 3/4" NPT . The tag in the bag with the strainer also says that they are 3/4" NPT and made in China of course. I am a Mill wright by trade and have not run into this before, but I believe that these are a metric size equivalent to what we in the business call a Dash 10.

Strong construction
Very good quality, I returned because was wrong size for my machine but that was my fault

It definitely can filter but has sharp edges.
While it will filter and is fairly rugged in terms of construction, it's crudely made and some wire ends are sticking out and can cut/poke a person's hand. If it wasn't for that, I'd score it higher.

This is not 3/4 NPT like it says
This is not 3/4 NPT like it says it is. Not sure who is making this. 1/2 npt is loose, 3/4 wont fit. Ordered a replacement same thing
