I am not surprised that the first time desertcart sent this item, it was damaged in transit. great value
My puppies immediately were able to get up on the couch without having to struggle. great saver.

Has pros and cons
The material is too slippery for my dogs and after one try they would not use it. I was able to cover it in a non slip material and that seems to be better. I do like that it is adjustable for one or two steps depending on the height needed. All in all with the tweeking it now works for both my 17 lbs dogs.

easy to tear
I like the look of the product however the material is not durable. In 1 week we have a tear from a 30lb puggle.

Don't buy it
It is filled with cardboard. My husband smashed it by accident 5 minutes after it arrived... fortunately the pleather is zippered so I will stuff it with some foam.

Inside is an flimsy empty cardboard box
Horrible for the dog to walk on moves and is easily crushed!

Love the look and mobile versatility.

They are not foam filled like some others...
They are cardboard lined so be sure no small child thinks they are a toy and steps on them. I have another set that looks the same but is foam filled and they do not crush like this set.
