Will these fit my 2004 gmc 3500 extended cab?

We have a 2006 gmc sierra 2500hd cab and a half and they fit our truck so I am assuming they should fit your truck!!!

Will this kit work on a 4 door cab?

Worked well on my 2003 extended cab silverado

Will this replace the bed bushings?

You get eight sets of bushings. Four for the cab, that I've done and they worked great. You also get the four sets for the bed.
