Digital Metronome Rechargeable English Vocal Counting with Timer Function for Piano Guitar Drum and All Instruments

This is a great metronome. I am a musician and a teacher. I use it for my practice and my lessons with my students. Great features and functions but still simple. I have an iPhone and an iPad but using their metronomes was a hassle because I needed other programs running. So this stand alone metronome was the one. Internal battery is long lasting. You charge it via USB-C. I also like the sound because the sound of my previous metronome was so high pitched. Many rhythm subdivisions, from 0-9 beats, and a voice counting utility. Good volume on it too!

This is perfect and such a great price. Has all the features you would want. The optional voice is really helpful. When you turn that off you get clicks each beat and one ding at the beginning. The sounds are pleasant without annoying clicks or high pitched bell/ding. Rechargeable battery, auto shutoff. I highly recommend this.

Really good value for the price. Easy to use, rechargeable, and has a small footprint, with vocal counting, tap tempo, time signature and subdivision control, and a headphone jack. The sound quality from the tiny speaker isn't the best I've ever heard, but this will probably do the trick for 99% of musicians.

It’s a great little product and good for the very basics. However, for the price I’d have expected the voice function to do subdivisions since it is JUST a metronome after all. If it had a tuner I could see not including that functionality but you can get a tuner and metronome in one for the same price. That said, the tap function is handy for those who want that— that’s not always available on lower priced models. Sound of the metronome could also be a tad louder. If you’re playing a loud instrument it’s going to be hard to hear without headphones. It is accurate though and it it’s cumbersome. Although, it’s not super attractive and the metronome lacking a visual representation kind of is a letdown.

We have been using this metronome daily since receiving it and love it! As a musician, former music teacher and now teaching my own children, this is an excellent metronome especially for the price. It’s easy to use, has many different settings and has a good volume range unlike many others. I would highly recommend this to others.

As the drummer and time keeper of our Band, this Sondery Digital Metronome has proven itself worthy, ESPECIALLY for Live Performance where adrenaline can skew my timing. It works like a dream! I like EVERYTHING about it, from the Dial that scrolls through Tempos easily & precisely, the ONE BUTTON touch On/Off (for two seconds): that same button for instant Start/Stop, the headphone jack if you need it, different sounds, even REMEMBERS Settings when you switch it off, so I can dial in our first Song and shut it off till ShowTime. It ROCKS. 👍🏼😎🎶

This review is for the "Sondery Digital Metronome Rechargeable English Vocal Counting with Timer Function for Piano Guitar Drum and All Instruments" This is a nice, no-nonsense metronome for musical practice. Tempos vary from 40 to 208 beats per minute with 0 to 9 divisions. The counting voice feature was a bit of a distraction for me, but I'm old-fashioned and preferred the tick output. I appreciated the LED blink indicator for silent reinforcement. I have two other metronomes, one is a wind-up, and the other is an electronic which uses a 9-volt battery. The wind-up unit is decidedly syncopated, and the electronic one consumes disposable batteries. This brings up the rechargeable battery in this one which is great, and seems to last a very long time before needing to plug in. Tapping a button allows you to set the tempo without using the dial -- this takes some practice to get used to, but does save some aggravation when setting the tempo. The one thing I noticed about this metronome, is that it has a tendency to speed up when I'm playing the hard parts (oh, wait, scratch that: I'm being told by a voice in my ear that's because I need to slow down until I learn the piece). Overall, this is a great metronome and is a good value at about $22.

Easy to use and works well

This pocket size metronome by Sondery is well worth the asking price. With physical controls and a clear audible voice that counts the beats in the measure it is a perfect companion to any musician’s arsenal. The voice annunciation of the measures is optional and can be toggled on or off with a quick press of the side button. No touch screens to frustrate you; just a perfect little device that is both practical and easy to use. There are separate controls for number of beats in a measure and time signatures. There is even a function for just a basic pulse with no counting of time. When count is used the led on the front of the metronome will flash red on beat one and will flash green for the rest of the measure. There is a physical adjustable dial for tempo, a physical dial for volume, and the side button will also change between three different click sounds as well as the voice feedback. The only drawback is the yellow backlight; it is a little dim. The controls are all physical buttons and tactile making this unit user friendly and accessible to a blind musician as well as anyone else. It charges via USB C and the charging led will pulse green while charging and will maintain a steady green light once charging is complete. Overall a genuinely nice unit and I am pleased with it.
