Expensive for us in the UK as it's imported but it's worth it. Especially good on mould on porous items you wouldn't want to use harsh chemicals on such as gym equipment, shoes etc. the mould just shrivels up and dies. It does have a strong smell of thyme but I don't mind it and it fades after a while. Lots of uses - very versatile.

You'll watch the mold melt away as you spray the product on the wall. Mop up the excess and sit a fan on the wall to dry it out before repainting or installing new dry wall. And your good as new. It's been more than 90 days and no reoccurance has occured.

Is a great product. Mold specialist told me this kills mold spurs. It also cleans bad odors, had a cat jump in one of my trucks that had a window open and it dissolved the cat urine smell after a few times spraying.

not the best smelling smalls like a hospital kinda , its cleaning power seems ok not the bestest but glad its chemical free and feel safe to use it anywhere in the home
