I enjoy that these vitamins combine vitamins I use so I have less volume in pills for my supplements.

I have had a weight loss surgery (loop duodenal switch) and my body requires a higher intake of vitamins due to the malabsorption factor of my surgery. I started randomly bruising for no reason on my legs and went through my primary doctor, bariatric team and a hematologist to find out what was going on. My vitamin K levels were “in range” for an average human but I didn’t believe they were high enough for me. The first symptom of a vitamin K deficiency is “easily bruises”. I ended up purchasing these supplements after being told everything was fine and they didn’t know what was causing my bruises. Within 2 weeks all the bruises cleared up on my leg and I haven’t gotten any new ones. The random bruises didn’t hurt but looked bad all summer and when I wore shorts people would ask me if I was doing ok or assumed I was being physically harmed/a sided which DEFINITELY is not the case. I am so happy with my purchase, and told doctors that once I started taking these all my bruises went away. You have to advocate for yourself, your health and your emotional wellbeing and find something that works for you. They are quite large capsules but easy for me to swallow, I don’t get any weird taste in my mouth from them. Highly recommended!

This makes a positive difference in my daily energy. TWO THINGS: Please remember the Vitamin D is "fat soluble" so take it with a shot of olive oil or similar fat. Also, this has a high K content. Everything that I've read says using excessive amounts will not bode well for one's health.
