Top of the line leak sealer
I have used this same leak sealer several times over the years. What I have found is that this runs a tight 1st place with the "top of the line" leak sealers on the market. If you know how to properly install this, it is easy to use and the application is simple. It can save professionals a lot of money that can be transferred in lower invoicing for long-term clients, leading to retaining clients at a fair price. It is not a "cure all", meaning it works as designed but will not seal large leaks beyond design so if the leak persists after application then the fault is too large and will need mechanical replacement of lines or parts. As an aside, I have never once experienced clogging of any cap tubes when using this product but have had good success in saving my clients large amounts of money in times of uncertainty. Hence the reason why I prefer this brand. Thumbs up!!! and 5 stars!!!

Great temporary solution
Im not gonna lie, I hate putting sealer in any HVAC system. With that being said, this stuff is the best band aid for an older system, if you just need to get through for a little while. It's not a permanent fix, but it will allow your system to work till you can get or pay for a permanent fix. I've tried several different kinds of sealant, and this one seems to hold up the best.

Inexpensive self help repair
Did the job perfectly, and was simple to use. Very cost effective for sealing leaks, and saved me about $1200.00 in parts and labor it would have cost me to have a HVAC company to make the repairs, although to use it, you do need some basic knowledge and skills, along with some necessary tools, equipment, and supplies. As far as durability, only time will tell the story on that, but it has been several days now, and my system is still functioning as it should and there have been no issues to this point. Extremely pleased with results so far. Very highly recommended product.

A designed scam
This is a designed scam. Description makes you thought it is a can of gas to seal AC leaking, but it is just a tubes which worth only $2-3. And when you try to return, it response no return because of security issue……still treat it like a can of gas

Good Company to deal with!
Final update: The replacement unit worked as advertised and all is good. Ordered another unit for future use. After posting the original submission, the company contacted me and offered to provide a replacement free of charge. They below there may have been a faulty Schroeder valve (the valve that opens when one end is screwed on tight to the fitting). I haven’t been able to try the replacement yet. However, any company that believes in their product enough to offer a free replacement warrants at least a 3, or neutral. Will update the review after using the replacement Original submission: Tried using this per the included instructions. First tried putting it between the 410 tank and low side. No 410 would flow and the fluid in tube was static. Took the “leak savor” out of the system and filled it with 410 up to the prescribed amount by the manufacturer. Then turned off the compressor and inserted this thing between the gauge and low side. Turned on compressor and carefully opened hi side to try and force the fluid from the tube (per the instructions!). No effect! Then, thinking maybe this “leak saver” may be directional in operation... I turned off the valves both sides and the compressor. Then reinserted this thing into the hi side hose but now in the reverse direction. Turned the compressor back on and opened the high side valve again...no change. While picking up the leak saver one of the ends loosened slightly and then the tube became empty real fast! Don’t think anything went into the HVAC systems but I did lose about 25 psi on the high side. The pressure difference in the system was around 250 psi when trying to empty the tube; 360 when the connector loosened slightly. Based on the directions, the pressure needed to force the fluid from the tube should be around 100 psi or so. However, by accident I found that it would empty when it exceeded 300 psi! Now I have to find an alternate solution and reconnect the 410 to add a bit more to the HVAC system.

Impressive Stuff! (Review updated for 1 year update)
I’ve had a small leak that’s been getting worse over the past couple of years. Started as having to top off every season, then last year it got to where I was starting to lose 1-2lbs every 2 months. This year I decided to buy my own refrigerant and put this leak stop stuff in back in the beginning of April knowing that AC season was upon us. All I’ve got to say is WOW! I haven’t lost any refrigerant since I added this stuff and it’s now the end of September. It got me through the whole summer! Now I’ll be interested to see if the system loses any of its charge when it’s not being used over the winter, which is what’s unfortunately happened over the past 3 winters. Hopefully this time there’ll be no freeze ups when I turn it on next spring… we shall see! **April 16, 2026 update**- It’s now been a year. So far we’ve had 10 days of 80’F+ with 3 of those days being over 90’F, including today, and the AC hasn’t struggled at all. Intermittent flashing noises near the indoor unit did return on the first run of the season about 3 weeks ago, but it only happens every 30 seconds or so. That tells me that it likely lost a few ounces of refrigerant while it wasn’t running over the winter, but it’s not made any impact on its ability to cool and is much better than the usual 2-3lbs of refrigerant it would’ve lost over the winter in years past. Performance is still the same as it was right after I added this stuff along with 3lbs of refrigerant last April. Delta T is averaging 16’F-18’F and cooling cycles are 10-20 minutes. It also still manages to cool the house down 3’F in less than an hour when my thermostat switches the temperature to sleep mode at night. I’m very pleased with how well this product worked and that I seemingly no longer have to deal with a frozen system on the first hot day of the year.
