Perfect Replacement and Easy Fix
This replacement dryer timer control knob was exactly what I needed. My original knob broke, and as a result, the dryer would no longer start properly. Rather than spending a lot of money on a service call, I decided to try this replacement. The knob is perfectly compatible with my GE dryer and installed in just a few seconds. Once it was in place, the dryer started working again without any issues. Sometimes the simplest parts can cause the biggest problems, and this solved mine immediately and appears very durable. For what it is, this is definitely a 5-star product. It fit correctly, fixed the problem, and saved me the hassle and expense of a larger repair. Highly recommended if your original knob has broken.

Good Replacement for Stripped Dryer Timer Control
Tight fit, had to take back of the dryer off to steady internal mechanism while pushing knob on from front. Once on, its working great again. Saved us a service call.

Fits and works PERFECTLY!
Fit my GE dryer perfectly and saved me from buying a new dryer! Savings? Over $500!!! I watched a video to troubleshoot why my dryer timer knob was spinning and then came to Amazon to find the part! Easy peasy. Easy to install, looks just like the factory one and seems durable. I may order extra to have on hand since my washer uses the same knob.

Knob clip
The knob I received was a perfect match...the only problem I had was the little metal clip inside the knob attachment didn't quite fit over the timer stem. I took it out of the new knob. I then had to remove the little metal clip from the inside of the old knob and put it into the center of the new knob. It works great now.
