This cough medicine works great. The flavor is not too bad. It does taste like medicine, but it is tolerable. The dosage seems to be a good amount to provide relief. It did help me sleep better by reducing congestion and cough. The dose lasts a long time. It is easy to use and a good size for the price. The ingredients are good, and it doesn't upset my stomach.

I have repeatedly bought this Amazon Basic Care Cough Syrup. It is comparable to the more expensive well known brands. It provides immediate cough relief and I have never experienced any side effects using it. It is extremely effective.

This is my go-to for when I have congestion. Perhaps it is because I use a CPAP I find I have respiratory problems every now and then. At the first sign I start using this at night and after about three nights I am back to normal. Note that the regular version (non DM) does taste better.

Normally I buy buy another brand for times I have a cough. After reading the ingredients, I found them to be the same with Tussin costing less. I use it primarily for minor coughs because I seldom have severe cases. Highly recommended!!

For the price the product is decent but I feel like the brand name medicine works better. I think I might stick with the brand name for a couple dollars more. But if price is an issue then this should be good enough.

Such a great price! I went to my local Walmart and they were out. I ordered these while standing in the aisle where they should have been. I paid $10 for a 4 ounce bottle at the pharmacy so this is a big deal. Great deal.
