Works good and taste good!
This is my go-to for when I have congestion. Perhaps it is because I use a CPAP I find I have respiratory problems every now and then. At the first sign I start using this at night and after about three nights I am back to normal. Note that the regular version (non DM) does taste better.

Great Cough Syrup
I have repeatedly bought this Amazon Basic Care Cough Syrup. It is comparable to the more expensive well known brands. It provides immediate cough relief and I have never experienced any side effects using it. It is extremely effective.

I like it
Amazon wouldn't put its name on a product if it weren't good; I really recommend it! It improves a cough with just one bottle, though I recommend two bottles if you're an adult.
