These are very good strings. Sliding on them is like butter. Excellent sound so far.

brash highs on this one
probably the first daddario product which i was not impressed with. i got two sets of these to put on my strat and tele . on single coil pickups, these strings have an irritating smear of brash high mids on the wound strings. there is no way to eq it out and even gentle touch makes my overdrive sound unpleasant . becomes even more obvious as u turn up the gain. the extra lifespan is true, but whats the point of bad tone with longer life? best to go with the XT or elixirs instead. daddario messed up this one time.

Received opened unsealed item. Good product otherwise
I am a long term user of Daddrio xs, but this packet came opened, the vaccum seal was literally unsealed. I trusted it didn't return it, thinking maybe it's just due to heat or so, but the strings broke of almost a week later. Worst experience, should have returned. My last Daddrio xs set lasted 1 year on electric, and 9 months on my acoustic, without any string breaking since last 4 years.

Ottime corde per chitarra rivestite
Ottime corde rivestite. Queste corde hanno un ottimo suono e sopratutto il rivestimento rende queste corde molto resistenti all'usura e all'ossidazione. Costano leggermente più delle corde non rivestite ma queste riescono a durare senza problemi 6 mesi con un utilizzo quasi giornaliero dello strumento. Le consiglio se non c'è la necessità di cambiare spesso le corde e per chi vuole un buon feeling sulle dita anche con il passaggio del tempo.
