Not bad for a fiver but came damaged!
The book is great. Not as good as 6 minute diary but a fraction of the cost. Its a good starting point for someone who might not be sure about this kind of thing. Unfortunately, lost 1 star as came dog-eared with a corner folded back. If came undamaged, this would be a great part of a secret santa gift. I still think I would pay the extra for The 6 Minute Diary Pure because it is hardback with a lovely linen texture and two ribbon book markers. The content is better and more focused on wellbeing with slightly more to do including some good quotes. I paid a fiver for this paperback book so it was worth that. I wouldnโt pay any more.

Bought for a friend as already had one myself Lovely way to write a journal but not spend ages, you can do it day by day, or as I did chucks at a time representing the year

Very nice book , may not take a full 5 minutes each day but it does get you thinking about things and that's very important, I found it particularly helpful while depressed

Wonderful journal full of short prompts to reflect on your past, present & future self
Love this journal! I am not someone who enjoys spending oodles of time journaling every day; however, I needed something to incorporate into my daily routine where I could spend just a few minutes each day to reflect. I love the prompts provided in the book as it just isn't about your thoughts for the day but it makes you look into your past, present and future self, without it being overwhelming. Highly recommend this book if you're looking to incorporate some kind of journaling in your life but don't want it to be a huge time commitment.

Wow I love this! Itโs so cute and has very positive vibes ๐. I advise all girls in their twenties or in their teens to have a positivity journal. It helps a lot especially in this era that has a lot of brainwashing sources. Kudos to the author and Amazon for delivering โค๏ธโ๐ฉน.
