Excellent remote
Bought to replace the remote on my lg cx oled, no issues, remote registered itself once I put the batteries in and that was it, cheaper than buying from LG and a genuine product rather than a compatible so all features work perfectly.

Genuine Remote
Bought thus replacement after dog thought the original was a bone . Great price and works exactly as the original, even the magic pointer but to be fair ours son had to sort it out as he is more tech savvy. Basically you got to disable your original remote magic pointer b4 the new one will connect. Very pleased with this LG remote.

Original LG item with accurate/working scroll wheel response.
Item arrived quicky and is original part and scroll wheel works fine. Good seller. Be aware of other sellers as "compatible" remotes don't work well (for me) compared to this original part. This is my 4rd attempt at buying a working item from Amazon of which 2 had scroll wheel response problems.

Stops working abruptly
The remote gets stuck and have to wait few seconds to get back to work normally. The cursor/pointer appears after few seconds and happens very often.
