I gave this frame to my wife as a gift for Christmas and it got a way better response than I anticipated. My wife and kid immediately fell in love with it. The display quality is great - not just great for a digital frame but genuinely great. I've seen other family members receive no name or off brand frames in recent years and the screens always look TERRIBLE. Bad viewing angles and colors, brightness and contrast which are just glaring to look at. Just over all bad displays. This Aura frame's screen is the centerpiece of the device and thankfully it delivers and impresses easily. I like that the device is cloud connected (even while I try to reduce my reliance on cloud services) for the simple fact that Aura app makes it extremely simple and convenient to add and manage photos/videos on the device. I do wish it had offline, onboard storage as an option but in my experience you end up adding a few hundred pictures at the beginning and maybe 1 or 2 more times and then the photo frame is just full of 5 year pictures with new new content. Aura makes it incredibly easy to add new content and gifting it is where it really shines. If you're giving this as a gift, you have the ability to upload photos to Aura's servers, via the app, and when the recipient activates the frame, they will automatically download all the photos you preloaded their frame with. This is a great experience for the recipient because they can have hundreds or 1000s of pictures viewable on the device within 5 minutes of setup without any work on their end. The owner can manage who else may add photos to frame remotely so this allows different family members or friends to send photos to your frame - great feature in my opinion. Photos can be uploaded via mobile app (We've only used Apple devices so far), SMS/MMS, or email. This is pretty flexible and allows anyone with a photo capable phone share photos regardless of mobile ecosystem. Email is another nice OS agnostic option. I'd preferably like to use a web site but didn't see that as an option. Please be aware you run the risk of the photo frame either being bricked or not able to add more content if Aura goes out of business or discontinues support for this device and/or their app. My only gripe with the device is that it cannot be wall mounted. Aura does make other frames which may be wall mounted but they are larger and more expensive.

I hadn't heard of Aura at all until I was searching for last minute 2025 Christmas presents. Bought this as a gift and I'm glad I did. Family loves it. Tremendously easy to set up, easy to get my family invited, and easy to load with pictures and videos. Within 10 minutes, the whole family was invited to the frame, had the app installed, and had pictures uploaded. Anyone can add pictures at any time and they show up on the frame promptly. * Easy to set up, easy to manage/administrate * Good connectivity * High quality app and build * Optionally displays portrait images side-by-side to keep the frame looking tidy All in all, I have no complaints. They even have "gift setup" instructions for holidays, birthdays; you can scan and preload the frame before the recipient even opens it. I didn't use that feature, but it's a very nice touch by Aura.

We've had a few digital pictures frames before the Aura, but this is the only one that lived up to our expectations. Both the frame and the software are very cleverly designed and easy to use. Since your photos and videos are stored in the cloud, there are no memory limit for it's capacity. Adding, deleting, and editing contents are very easy using the app. The picture reproduction is very good, and the ability to schedule it's power state is clever. Highly recommended.

Excellent Mother’s Day gift. Love that it’s an app with free unlimited storage as opposed to updating an SD card. App makes uploading easy and you can have multiple users. This will allow my kid to update photos for mom when she’s away at school. Touch pad on frame is responsive. Love that it’ll put two portrait photos in the landscape view instead of wasting the space with black bars. The size is great. Little pricey compared to others but the features are worth the extra cost.

This frame stands out for how easy it is to use—setup is quick, and you can instantly send photos from your phone to the frame from anywhere. The display looks sharp and bright, making photos look great in any room.  It’s more premium than basic digital frames, but that also means a higher price compared to simpler options. Bottom line: One of the best digital frames out there—great quality and super easy sharing, just comes at a premium.

Probably one of the best products I bought for christmas? This was a bit expensive but my family needed a digital picture frame so I've got them for christmas. This is great! Uploading pictures are easy. There are NO CAPACITY / STORAGE LIMIT. I mean that's just awesome. You have to use their app to manage pictures. The app works great. What is the greatest feature is that you can remotely send the pictures to this frame. If you have parents or grandparents you should buy one and send this to them. You can shoot pictures to their picture frame from far away. They will enjoy seeing you and your family happy moments. I am buying 2 more for that reason. This product may not be GREAT if you have less than 100 pictures to display. The slide show will go through 100 pictures in short period. This is more for folks with children with 1000's of pictures.

This was a hit at Christmas for my parents! They aren’t super tech savvy so I was pretty wary this would be a good gift for them. I unboxed it and created an account ahead of time where my siblings and their partners could upload photos ahead of time. I’ve gotten notifications of pictures my parents have uploaded to it since then. The display is high quality, the frame is unobtrusive, and the app is simple and easy to use. My only issue is it was advertised that once they unbox it and connect it to WiFi, a personalized message and a specific chosen photo was supposed to be displayed, but that wasn’t the case for us. I really wish I could have connected it to their WiFi ahead of time because it was a little anticlimactic waiting for it to connect and then download all the photos we had uploaded already. But that’s a super minor thing compared to how clunky and difficult other digital frames can be to use. So all in all I’m super happy with it!!

Certainly a quality product and has a good app to support it. I bought this one to connect to my Google Photos account, where I have tens of thousands of photos from over the years. Aura can connect to albums on Google, so you don't need to bother manually adding or emailing photos to the frame. Unfortunately, the first time I connected it to an album, it stalled after adding 12 photos (out of 4,000). I left it, as recommended in online Help articles, for several days, but it never recovered. I tried again, with a different album, and it worked instantly. It's continued to be OK for the last few weeks, and automatically adds photos to the album (based on faces you tell it to recognize within Google Photos). So a very good product, but it seems a small chance some cloud integration might fail.

Ein tolles Geschenk für Jedermann. Meine Eltern lieben den Bilderrahmen. Toll ist die zusätzliche App (für unseren Gebrauch völlig ausreichend - wir senden nur Bilder auf den Rahmen), sie ist leicht zu bedienen und man kann die Bilder egal wo man ist hochladen. Sollte man nur ein Bild verschicken, geht dies sehr schnell, bei mehr als 5 braucht es dann einige Minuten (aber alles noch im Rahmen :P). Die App ist leicht zu bedienen, die Bildqualität ist super. Videos werden ohne Ton abgespielt und bei leichtem Berühren aktiviert sich dann der Ton. Allgemein ein obtisch toller Rahmen (sieht sehr hochwertig aus), man merkt, dass bei der Entwicklung mitgedacht wurde. Sehr zu empfehlen (gerade am BlackFriday kann man noch schön dabei sparen).

Love it, so good and my wife really found intuitive to set up. Great bit of kit, and nice build quality.

So firstly, this came with a US plug. I then contacted support in the UK who have posted a new UK plug for me - amazing service. As for the frame itself, it is easy to use, easy for friends and family (you have allowed) to add photos and it looks great.
