Nice thick cable, works as intented.
A bit hard to find this type of cable. While you can use adapters, I'd like to reduce the number of connection points. Worked as expected. Nice cable.

Works on direct buried RG6 cable
I was looking for a connector that said it would work on direct buried RG6. This one said it did so I tried them. They worked great! Other similar connectors would not insert far enough. I was thrilled how easy these went on!

Great Type F compression connectors for outdoor RG6 Quad
These fit and compress on nicely. This was my first time using Type F compression connectors. Compression connectors are much easier than the crimp-on and solder on connectors I used most of my life. I wish I could get something like this for PL259 and Type N.. LOL. These were SO easy. I used the outdoor trueCABLE RG6 Quad Shield coax, the trueCABLE stripper and their compression tool. It was weird at first but I was amazed how easy it was.

Great if you need 100% chance of getting the connector on the cable without recutting
I was working with an old dual-shielded cable that was cut a bit short. When putting compression connectors on these cables that have the inner shield tube, 1 time out of 5, the two layers of shielding braid and foil would "bunch up", making it impossible to put the connector on the cable before compressing it. This connector did not have the issue. I needed a compression fitting where I could pretty much guarantee that I could get the connector on without recutting the cable, and this did the job. By the way, my preferred installation technique is to spit the compression fitting in two (see picture) and slide the plastic compression piece on the cable before combing the braid back. A double shielded cable might be too thick to put this (or any other) compression fitting on the cable once the braid is combed back. Once crimped, the entire end is shielded and grounded.

Works ok, defective pieces…
Works ok for larger cables with quad shielding, came across some defective pieces (see photo) which split in the middle and didn’t support cable. The rear metal color is only attached with a friction fit to plastic and comes off easily after pressing. Not too impressed.
