Cast Green Tea Glass

Aesthetically pleasing is the main reason why I bought this teacup. It is durable and the lip makes the cup pleasing to drink from (I also hold it at the lip to avoid touching the hot liquid). I use this particular cup when I want my tea to cool down sooner as I enjoy it. I would buy again.

I used this glass at a hotel in Japan and really liked it, so I took a picture and bought one when I was back in the States. The glass itself is very lightweight but sturdy. It felt comfortable in my hand. It's dishwasher safe, which is a must in my book because I hate hand-washing anything. The lip of the glass curves out, which is hard to explain, but somehow the water flows out smoothly when touching my lips, which makes drinking very satisfying. As a person who has a hard time drinking enough water, I feel drawn to use the cup and drink. Now I use it for everything, from my morning olive oil shot to coffee to water. It's smaller than a standard water cup, so make sure this is the size you want. They have larger ones too. The downside is that it's pricey. As an "IKEA everything" girl like me, this price point feels pricey, but hey, I guess you get what you pay for.

この大きさのカップは使い勝手が良く、もう少し個数を揃えたかったので購入しました。子供たちのジュースの他にミニパフェを入れたり、野菜スティックのディップソースを入れたり、色々使っています。大人が飲み物を入れるには少し小さめですがそこがかわいいサイズ感で気に入っています。

水腹になっても困るし食事前に何かの飲料を飲むのに良いサイズですね。

長年デュラレックスのピカルディー160mlを使用していましたが全面物理強化ガラスが昔爆発したことが気になり、自宅のグラスをこちらのグリーンティー180mlへ代えました。 食洗機も電子レンジも使用でき、公式にはなぜか書かれていませんが(アンバーの公式ホームページには記載がある)、スタッキングできるので重宝しています。 飲み物を飲むのに丁度良いサイズです。 飲み物以外にもちょっとしたおかずやおやつを入れたり、調味料を混ぜるときなどに使えるので汎用性が高いです。 追加でもう少し購入しようと思っています。
