Panasonic 6.5 Kg 5 Star Fully-Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (NA-F65LF2MRB, Grey, 12 Wash Program, Active Foam Wash Technology, Antibacterial Water Inlet)

I am already using the same model from last 10 years and its just fantastic. The finish and workmanship of machine is like Mercedes and performance is super fantastic. Its washing program is very intelligent and the quality of wash is great maintaining the life and finish of clothes. Very silent and sturdy operation. It is really value for money. I have also installed one Panasonic split AC in my home and it is also marvelous. Great performance. Panasonic products are really admireable.

I am using from last month and i'm really very happy with this product. I have checked so many brands with lots of washing options but i think this will be a best option for everyone because it's budget friendly, good quality with 12 washing programs. Most of the time 2 programs are usable.

Washing Machine working wonderfully it's silent . cleans clothes well also in 3 and 5 program. .Best installation person.He was polite quick and very clear in instalation and explaining .very user friendly machine and easy to use .I have another old model panasonic stil working more than 12 years now I use it wash dirty floor mats kitchen napkins etc .He too confirmed using descaling powder to clean tub is best solution for longitivity. Happy with the product and seamless usage.

I got it delivered at 5 pm and installed at 6:30 pm. Superfast service and installation guy explained everything and gave demo too which took 20 min of wash and spin cycle. Spin noise is almost nil. Washing noice is average and there is rat protect mesh separately provided by panasonic. All good so far

it is a good automatic washing machine, the reason i took away 1 star is because i didn’t like the button operation panel. the software has to be upgraded or a better panel operation is required for e.g. to choose a mode 13 you need to click program button 13 times and if there is a mistake again you need to to go through the same process, no way to change water level once a program is started.

I bought this back in 2023 and after using it till now, i have no complaints whatsoever.. The price was quite good back then.. And it has all the necessary functions.. Doesnt make any noise.. Sits in a corner silently and does the work.. Has seperate inlets for liquid detergent and for liquids like Comfort, which was a delight.. As i could just load the machine with the cloths, put in detergent liquid and comfort at the very start and just let it do the washing without having to pour in Comfort later on after a wash cycle. All in all i am a happy customer ✌🏻

The washing machine was delivered in one day by Amazon. Panasonic service person called and installed on delivery date itself. Explained the workings of the machine in an easy to understand manner. As for the machine, very easy to use, acceptably quiet operation and wash quality is good. Dries clothes decently for a non-heater top load model. Hopefully given the good reliability record, this one should last me some time.

I have 2yrs warranty and I just can use nicely only 1yrs wothout any problems but affer 1yrs problems is coming I can’t use again. I call many time Panasonic company sales and affer service but they don’t care me I can’t make any any apoiment. Affer that i call urban company they are coming exit time and they check nicely and they try to repair but they can’t fix and repair and told me call Panasonic they can repair nicely just need to change pc. But I told them I can’t contact Panasonic and can’t make apoiment but they help me nicely that why we can make apoiment. And from Panasonic machanic is coming (I make appointment 4pm but he reach 5:30pm and I told him nicely and he just said need to change only pc but you already call from urban company repairing that why i you need to pay money and you need to wait 5days but affer 5days also he can’t come and I call him again he said from company pc is not arrived you need to waits more 3/4 days. Hardly we can make apoiment affer that they said waiting for 5days but affer 5days not repair. Ithink jaipur Panasonic sale and affer service is not good. I just just can give only one star.
