My husband suffers from "Not being 21 anymore" so when he is outside pruning trees or transplanting bushes he comes in aching. This product actually works! He prefers the spray bottle and jumps when I spray it on (because it is COLD when it hits your skin) but it works every single time. Whether you have a muscle strain or just an ache from overdoing a chore this is something that you want! The price is reasonable and the product is excellent. You will not be disappointed.

Extremely effective

It really seems to help my pain. My only complaint is that it does not spray. There's no hole so I tried to poke a hole with a thumb tack but I couldn't get the thumb tack to go through the plactic. I will purchase a small spray bottle to use in place of the bottle it came in.

The spray comes out really cold but rubbing it in helps and it works in relieving pain.....which is what we were wanting. Actually we already had some CryoDerm and needed more and once again Amazon was there!!

I have used this product for couple of years. It works great for my knee pain. It is not a cure all, (I’m now scheduled for knee replacement), but it allows me to move around and get things done, or go to festivals which requires a lot of walking. I recommend you lay or sit still after spraying… for a few minutes…to let it settle in. It will last a little longer. I also carry it with me just in case!

got turned on to this at my beloved Chiropractor. And boy does it work, i've used and still use Bio-Freeze and this is on par with that BUT a different feeling. Its stingier hot and not in a bad way, you just spray it on, you don't even have to rub it in (but you can for sure) I now order this in two's cause I and my wife use it almost every night... it'll be in our medicine chest from now on.
