Easy access, so convenient!
I have only had this product for a few months so I cannot review It's longevity but so far it is absolutely amazing I love the fingerprint feature, since I don't ever have to worry about entering a code or worry about someone seeing me punch in my code! I purchased this item because I absolutely hate carrying keys around And this seemed like a good option to mount outside of my home so that I can have easy access. I haven't had any issues with this devices reliability at all. Not even once! I will update my review if things change.

Lack of customer service
Three or four months ago, my lock stopped working part of the time and I oiled it did all the stuff to it that I should nothing helped you would try to work with it. Two or three times it wouldnโt open the fourth or fifth time it pop open and it happens that way All the time so I got a hold of the Company sent them a video of what it was doing and said it was not their problem. It was a hardware problem not a software problem. Whatever that means I spent a lot of money for this lock because the good report I got from Amazon, but Iโm disappointed because people cannot get into my house when they need to come over and Iโve gone a lot. I would not recommend this product to anyone because of the customer service you buy something expensive you expect to have service.

Amazing piece of Security Technology!
I have relied on boxes like these for a long time, but it wasn't until today that I became familiar with a product "on this level." Generally you hook this type of device to the outer perimeter of your house somewhere out of the way, or better yet, on camera. Somewhere that is not obvious when somebody approaches your house. Usually they have one type of lock: a 4 digit rotary combination lock. Usually there are no electronics involved. This thing is amazing. This thing is revolutionary. This is one of the most impressive pieces of security technology that I have ever seen. You can put a spare key to your front door in it, or you could keep it hanging on something in your room & hide your medication in it if you are worried that somebody will gain unauthorized access to it. The limitations are restricted only to the dimensions of the box. If it fits, and if it is valuable or sensitive, is a candidate to be housed within this secure mini-safe. I won't mention every method you can use to open it, because that is in the description and in the video provided by the merchant... But I will say that it is cool to have so many secure options at your fingertips. This has a biometric option so you can register your thumbprint for quick access at any time. If your thumb has recently been injured or is covered in dirt and grime, or your skin is peeling due to contact with some type of chemical, you can always type in the code on the keypad. (Make the code hard to guess!) You can open it using your phone via Bluetooth technology, which is not only technologically impressive, but it makes you feel like James Bond. This is like something you would find in the Batcave. Batman would probably keep some cigarettes hidden in there so that Alfred doesn't throw them away. " No smoking, Master Bruce." It also comes with a number of items called "E keys," which can easily fit on your keychain. These are not standard keys, they won't take up much room, they are just a little piece of plastic... They look like the plastic piece that secures a bag of bread... Something with similar dimensions... Slightly more girthy. Heh. The lock recognizes these eKeys and will open them if you use them as directed. These mini-keycards are small and lightweight, and allow you to open the lock with one simple swipe. Anybody can come up with a valid reason to buy a product like this, but I think that it is especially valuable for people who rent out Airbnbs, Landlords, a house inhabited by roommates who can all register their thumbprints, memorize the code, or carry an eKey. If you work at a restaurant you could use it to to ensure that only authorized people can get into the office. The possibilities are limited, like I said, only to the dimensions of the box, and the measure of your creativity. This product is sturdy & well-made. It's convenient. If people see you use it, it's a great conversation piece, because most people will have never seen anything like this. I cannot compliment this item enough...it's an EASY 10/10 A+

Must apply pressure to top of hatch to open, otherwise great!
Note: this is wi fi capable but you must buy a bridge/gateway remote separatelt to actually connect to wi fi. Otherwise, as-is, you use bluetooth which only works 2-3 meters from the lockbox. This is a pretty slick machine! I have used many code options. Fingerprints, permanent custom, timed custom, etc... I'm not extremely handy but easily attached it to the post outside. I did have a problem. The hatch wouldn't open, it just whirred and lit up but the door wouldn't open. It seems if I apply pressure and depress the top of the hatch, the door opens 100% of the time. This should not be necessary and creates a bit of frustration and learning curve for our VRBO renters. But it works and we are keeping it. All other comparable products in this price range seem to have the same issue. App function takes a second to master. The language in the app is rough. I have to read carefully to not make errors. The date format is foreign and the numbers are small. Overall it works and we are keeping it but there are areas that could use some improvement.

Small, intelligent, durable lockbox!!
The Gaurqiah Smart Key Box is a very nice smart key lock box. It is made of a matte finish metal, no plastic anywhere from what I can tell. It seems extremely durable and is quite heavy. The lockbox is about 4.75โ tall by 2.75โ wide by 2โ deep. It runs on four AAA batteries, which are not supplied. According to the product literature, once installed, the batteries should last around 7000 normal unlock times, over a period of 10-12 months. The lockbox is large enough to hold several small items. I wanted this lockbox so that we could store an extra key for our home in case of an emergency. It is perfect for our needs. The front keypad has nice blue, illuminated numbers, 1-9, plus the number zero, the asterisk key and the pound key. The front of the lock box also has a fingerprint reader should you want to operate it via your fingerprint. There is also a WiFi scanner built into the front keypad to allow you to use the WiFi cards that it comes with to open and close the lockbox. It comes with four WiFi cards. The cards are about the size of two regular-sized postage stamps laid side by side. They are small and lightweight and have a security cable attached to allow you to secure the card to your wrist, bag, etc. To operate the lockbox using the cards, you simply place the card in front of the keypad near the WiFi symbol, situated between the number 5 and the number 8 on the keypad, and the lockbox opens and locks without issue. Before using the lockbox for the first time, you will need to download the TTLOCK APP from the App Store or Google Play Store. You will need to register for an account, with is rather simple. Once your account is setup, you can set the ways in which you would like to use the lockbox. You can create a permanent code, a timed code, a one-time code, a custom code, or a recurring code. All codes are very easy to set-up once you decide which one you want to use. You can set either or all codes as they are independent of one another. The lockbox can also be opened and locked directly from the App by pressing the lock button in the App. Once locked, the lockbox seems very secure and virtually impossible to open without the App, a code, card or fingerprint. The lockbox comes with a โUโ shaped handle that you can insert into the top of the unit to install the unit on a door knob. This handle is also removable. It also comes with mounting holes and hardware should you forego the door knob handle option and choose to mount on a wall. There are three mounting holes on the back of the unit to screw mount to the wall. The unit also comes with rubber gaskets to place over the wall mounted screw holes or inside the holes for the โUโ handle (should you choose to not use the handle) to make the lockbox more weather resistant. The lockbox seems like it would hold up to most weather conditions but I did not see any IP weather rating in the literature that came with the unit. Nevertheless, the lockbox comes with a one year electronic warranty and a lifetime mechanical and finish warranty. Overall, I am happy with the lockbox. It is exactly what I was looking for in a lockbox.

Shut down with keys locked inside and won't open - No customer support - Do not buy
This lock seemed perfect at first! A week after putting my only additional set of keys in it, it started beeping and would not unlock with any attempt - fingerprint, passcode, key fob. Then it shut off entirely. The app says that it is fully charged but the lockbox will not respond to anything. What also won't respond? Customer service! I have emailed for assistance five times - zero response. There is no phone number to call. I can't access the keys or remove it from the steps where it's locked. So not only is it worthless as a lockbox, it's actually managed to lose value as my keys are still inside.

Solid, heavy-duty all-metal smart lockbox with a wide variety of access options plus dynamic codes!
This looking box feels very durable when you take it out of the packaging. It's heavy and made of die-cast metal. It does not seem like it will be easy to pry open, once locked it's very tight, I don't see any gaps where I could jam a screwdriver or other tool. Of course, with some heavy machinery it can be opened, I'm just saying it will take quite a while and quite an effort. You are supposed to then attach it to your door and here I would advise not to use included screws but instead drill your door through and use four bolts and nuts with large steel washers (like 1-inch dia) on both sides to prevent prying it off your door. Another much easier and much less secure option is to just hang on your doorknob, but I consider it a temporary one, suitable only for realtors, probably if you need to remove the lock box forward without any damage to the property. To use the hook simply open the box, press the button located between two key hooks and insert a steel loop from the top of the box to lock it in place. Inserting batteries was easy enough and I strongly recommend using lithium batteries instead of standard alkaline for prolonged usage time. As others have noted, removing the screw that holds the battery compartment is a bit tricky, but not too bad, just use a large head screwdriver. And if you follow my advice and use lithium batteries then you wouldn't need to change batteries that often, maybe once a year (still under testing). Attention, the battery compartment screw is the bottom one, not the top one, don't repeat my mistake :). Setup is straight forward with an app. There is no server or service attached, it's not a WiFi smart device, it's a completely standalone device, the app connects to it via Bluetooth and all configuration happens only when you are nearby. Just install the app, link it to your lock and then follow instructions on how to set up a passcode(s) and register a fingerprint(s). It's an easy and quick procedure. The included manual is very "minimalistic" though and not clear on some things. For example, it does not say that after you enter a code you need to press # to open it. Also, the touch keyboard is not sensitive enough and you have to click on it 8 or 9 times to turn on the illumination. Once set up, it's ready to be used. Its keyboard is illuminated, so you would not have problems finding keys to press or fingerprint reader at night. You can use a passcode, a fingerprint, a keycard or your phone with the app installed to access the lock box. You can also set up multiple passcodes, fingerprints, or keycards for several people. I did not try a keycard though as I don't need it now, but two keycards are included with the lockbox. When you punch in the code (or swipe a finder) the front panel pops open downward. By the way, the door is spring loaded, and it does not drop down like in cheap lock boxes, it smoothly opens out. One cool feature that I did not expect from server-less smart lock like this is the ability to use temporary dynamic passcodes. You basically can remotely generate a temporary code that will be valid for 5 minutes only and give it to someone to open the lock. Fantastic feature if you need to let someone in on an occasional basis. *** TL;DR *** Yes, I recommend this lock key box, definitely a good buy, 9/10. Its body is made of die-cast metal, feels heavy-duty, locks securely and does not seem to be easily pry-able. It provides you with a variety of options to open it - passcode, fingerprint, keycard, remote unlock from your phone, and even with a temporary dynamic passcode. End-to-end, it seems like an excellent option for Air-BNB'ers, realtors, and regular folks who need to give controlled access to their property to other people. Solid 5 stars. +++Pros +++ 1) Durable die-cast metal body. 2) Very secure, it will be hard to pry open. 3) Can be mounted permanently to a wall. 4) Can be mounted temporarily over a doorknob. 5) Accepts passcode, fingerprint, keycard, or an app. 6) You can remotely generate one-time dynamic passcodes. 7) Easy to use and configure with an app. 8) Illumination for nighttime use. --- Cons --- 1) Not water or dust proof!

Gaurqiah Smart Lockbox
The product fine the first day. When I add more passcode the second day. Sometime the lockbox would light up but the touch would not register the push the number to the. Sometime the the push of one number register another adjacent to it. Sometime when push of buttons and lockbox wonโt acknowledge the push. The box even registered the code unlock the lockbox but I remotely received as unlock. Bad and wrong message. The third day I set the code in which it works when I try it. When my Airbnb guest try the next day, the lockbox would not want to work. Lockbox have flaws, not good business
