Tasty Lentil soup
These tasted great. I really wanted to love them. For health reasons I am monitoring my salt content and these just had a little too much salt. I would prefer that food have a little less salt so that I am able to control the amount of salt in them.

Why add sugar???
Yes, it’s convenient and mostly tasty, and easy to open. However, I was super surprised that what used to be a healthy brand added sugar to this particular soup! Too sweet. And I saw that somebody said it’s too salty: well, take out the sugar and you can easily reduce the salt!! I don’t buy Campbell’s from my childhood after seeing that it’s water, sugar, salt, sometimes corn syrup, msg, and then a few Real ingredients. This soup here is a wee step up, but could use some work!!!
