Medistrom battery compatibility
Hopefully this will help someone. I bought this to go with my Medistrom pilot 24 battery. The jack plug for the battery output is not the correct fit. However, if you slightly widen the inner hole, it can be made to work. The outer of the jack plug is the correct size. It then works with my CPAP with no error messages. It’s a well made cable and a good price. (The official medistrom cable is a lot more on a long lead time)

CPAP unchained!
I love camping 🏕! So really took it hard when diagnosed with sleep Apnoea and put on a CPAP. I thought that was the end of camping, no outlets in the wilderness. Then I bought a large powerbank and this cable. Now I can get 3-4 nights sleep under the stars without lugging a generator with me. Free to roam again!

Habe schon länger nach diesem Kabel gesucht ! Ich möchte meine ResMed AirSense 10 mit einer Powerbank betreiben um auch damit Campen zu gehen. Ich haben das Kabel an die 5.5 x 2.1 mm Buchse meiner Powerbank angeschlossen und diese in den 24V Modus eingeschaltet . Die Ganze Nacht hat das wunderbar funktioniert ! Das Kabel macht einen gut verarbeiteten Eindruck , scheint hochwertig zu sein. Ich kann dieses Kabel für AS10 Nutzer empfehlen ! (P.S.: Die S10 ohne Befeuchter betrieben , da der Verbrauch sonst zu hoch ist)

Habe mir 2 dieser Kabel für's Wohnmobil bestellt, da wir 2 Airsense10 "betreiben". die Kabel sehen wirklich sehr wertig aus und erfüllen genau die erwarteten Anforderungen. Im Wohnmobil habe ich einen Spannungswandler (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07Q2CHC2Q) von 12V auf 24V mit entsprechenden Kabeln und Steckern installiert und die Adapterkabel erfüllen ihre Aufgeben.
