This is fantastic. I bought it as an older one I had stopped working and it was a little too small. The size of this one is perfect and the heat and time control is so easy to use. Having the automatic shut off is great. I have bad nerve pain and other issues and this heat pad helps so much.

I bought it to ease discomfort after a hysterectomy. Great for pain! Placing it around my lower back and wrapping it over my shoulder to ease the gas discomfort from general anaesthetic. Easy to use, heats up super quick, cheap to run, washable and great quality. Mine heats to a good temperature. I tend to have it on the 3rd setting, out of the 6. I’ve ordered 2 more since, for family members. I use it whilst sitting on the sofa or in bed, on cooler evenings. A friend borrowed it for back pain and another to wrap around the knee to ease pain. I’ve had mine for 8 mths now and still in perfect working order. I would definitely recommend.

These are the best heat pads and very good for the price. I get constant pain 24/7, so when I am in bed at night I use this every single night. Helps alot. So good in fact brought 1 for work and 1 for the car (so have everywhere). Also brought for gifts for Xmas :) Works amazing to help pain in bowel (scarring) and back pain (sciatica and disintegrating discs). My friend uses her for her dogs back leg pain. Son used for his back and knee pain. So great for pain. Or even just to warm up instead of hot water bottle. Great price well worth it. Easy to use. Also has a timer so I can fall asleep without worrying :) has 6 heat settings I usually have on number 3 and it’s very helpful :)

I suffer with arthritis in the bottom of my spine and hips also fibromyalgia and one thing that really helps is using a hot water bottle for heat. As its the back area and needing to move around to reposition on the bed due to the pain a hot water bottle isnt safe due to the potential to burst and burn me. This is a great alternative and much safer. I only have 2 niggles with it hence the one star removed. The first is there is no option to turn the timer off so its on constantly and the second is it only goes up to 60 degrees so its not as hot as a hot water bottle. It does get warm but I am skeptical its going to be as good but time will tell I suppose. Saying that I would recommend it because of the safety aspect if your needing to lie down onto the area that needs to be heated.

Excellent heat pad, good price, size is as described & the controls are very simple & easy to use, the heat settings are brilliant, I use it to aid treatment of a hamstring issue. 20mins on the highest heat setting and everything relaxes and I’m good to go for the rest of the day.

Editing to say I've had this since January and it was great for keeping me warm in the cold months. Put away for Summer and brought out again at the beginning of this month (October) as its getting chilly again. Worked great until a couple of nights ago when it heated for about 15 mins then all the lights started flashing and no heat. I've tried it several times since and it's still the same. Now this is the same fault I had with my initial purchase so its into the bin for this one and I'm trying a different brand. I originally bought this from another seller - it was faulty so I returned it and a refund given straight away.... but I liked what I saw/felt so ordered again from this seller. Glad I did as it has exceeded expectation in that even on setting 3 (default) it gives a really good heat. I've had other (more expensive) heat pads but this one is more malleable and moulds to my back indent in the sofa cushions, so where my back fits the heat pad fits...but I'm not aware of it except for the lovely, comforting warmth. Really pleased I gave it a second chance : )
