Faucet is very good quality for the price point, but as with anything, time will tell as to how long it will actually last. The faucet was very easy to assemble, and install. The spray head is very nice, and provides a lot of pressure for cleaning dishes. The mirror like chrome finish seems to be top quality as well, and should last for many years. So far, we’re very happy with this commercial faucet! Locally, the name brands are twice the price, but outwardly don’t appear to be much different in overall quality. The ONLY negative thing I can say is, the overall length of the add on spout is in ADDITION to the body and valve assembly of the add on spout faucet, which means it’s overall length is about 4” longer than I expected, which made the add on spout just a bit too long for our compact 3 bay sink, by about 2” or so, meaning the water would end up on the floor if we tried to fill the center sink. Since we were in need to have our 3 bay sink fully operational for an upcoming health department inspection, I didn’t want to return the faucet and wait for a replacement, so I reached out to the seller to see if I could buy a shorter add on spout. I was very pleased that the seller asked me simply to confirm my order number and provide my shipping address, and said they’d just send me a replacement, next size shorter spout at no cost, which is nothing short of outstanding customer service! We plan to expand our little business over the next year or so, and will surely be purchasing our additional commercial sink faucets from them!

Great quality commercial faucet! The build is solid and durable, and the water pressure is strong and consistent. The spring design is flexible and makes rinsing the sink very easy. Installation was simple and it looks very professional. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommend!

I had to replace my commercial faucet. So far it’s working great. No leaks. The prayer is powerful. Very good quality faucet. It was easy to instal.

Beautiful and super high-quality. Just be aware that the horizontal part reach out to quite far so we are not using it for the sake because it will be too long. Super well built tho

The overall quality of this valve is great, everything fits together well and the chrome finish is very well done. I installed it over a deep basin slate sink and so far it's working well. The stem feeding the sprayer leaks occasionally but I believe it's due to the absence of a support (included) in the installation presently, and the rough treatment it gets from others in my household. Every now and then I notice a trickle and retighten the parts and it seals back up. Also there are spare seals included. I work as a chef part time and love the sink valve at the restaurant which led me to choose a similar setup for home. At $200ish, this one is about half the price of a NSF rated American made valve so I'm not expecting industrial ruggedness from it. The sprayer blasts at even higher pressure than the one at work and the chrome finish is nicer too. Be aware that as this unit is Chineseium, the threads within it are metric and BSP. This shouldn't be an issue unless you need to swap components with another system. The inlets are fine with NPS connectors.

I bought this and start leaking , I send the information and explain them which part is leaking and from where but they did not care about my concern they send me wrong part as they think it’s leaking even I mention them my plumber told me I need spray connector line but they send me me sprayer after waiting over a week for the pert now sending them picture with red mark hope they will understand my concern where it’s leaking I will come back and and edit my review this sprayer is not high end cheaply build
