Is there somewhere I can buy a replacement hose for this sprayer?

I am sure that if you reach out to the vendor CECEFIN they would be happy to help you out in some way. They were very good at supporting me when I had a problem with configuring the connections. Reach out to them through Amazon. They are very responsive!

Can you turn them on both ways at the same time?

I just tried to do what you asked. Yes you CAN. Just be careful as you may leave the valve in a position where the water would spray in an unanticipated direction when you turn on the faucet. We ALWAYS leave the valve in the FAUCET direction by default. But, you can have water coming out both ways. From the hose and the faucet simultaneously.

Can you direct connect the hose to the sink without the diverter? I want it on the hose 24x7 without the need to change over all the time.

The converter is connected to the faucet. You can convert it once (push the converter to right) and keep it that way. You won't have to push it again. It is very good hose attachment. I love it.

Will it fit in a 17 or 18 mm diameter faucet?
