Works very well for me, and doesn't seem like it would damage the needle since it's very soft with the long bristles. I don't smell any alcohol in the fluid. I've cleaned the needle dry with the brush with good results, but for lint/sticky materials that won't pull off, a drop or two of the fluid on the brush will clean it right off.

Good little stylus care kit. The tip of your stylus builds up gunk over time. If you fail to remove the debris from the stylus, it begins to degrade sound quality. Using the fluid and brush, you can literally scrub away the gunk and crud that has accumulated on your stylus restoring it's performance. Easy to use and affordable.

Excellent product, my stylus has never been cleaner. The brush feels and looks high quality, and the cleaning fluid is highly effective in removing dirt and grime. With the amount of cleaning fluid I use with each application, this one bottle may last me years. Recommended!

The stylus brush is well designed. This is a good system.

The fluid seems comparable to the ancient Discwasher sc-2 solution that I finally used up. However, I find the included brush to be too supple and still tend to favor using my old somewhat worn Discwasher stylus brush. Sometimes with really cruddy styli, I'll generously soak the Discwasher brush with the solution and then follow it with the dry Groovewasher brush. For that purpose, the brush is very nice.

Very simple to use, and you can definitely hear a difference. Good product.

This made a huge difference when playing 78s with a sapphire flip needle. Even when the records are ultrasonically cleaned, there's still a buildup on the needle and clearing it with a finger (I know, not ideal) or whatever is just not as good. These bring back a lot of high end range.

Easy and safe way to clean stylus

Very easy and effectively removes dirt and debris from my styluses.

Probably the best stylus cleaning brush I've used. I trust it to safely and effectively clean my $4,500 Ortofon Cadenza Black Cartridge Stylus. The bristles are just right - not too soft, not too stiff, and bundled together in the right shape (a cone). The long handle is slightly curved, making it ergonomic. As for the fluid, I use it sparingly only when necessary, and works well.

Ottimo kit, ergonomico, molto comodo il fatto che la spazzolina abbia il manico lungo. Dopo una prima pulizia con una goccia sola di liquido, lo stilo è tornato lucido come nuovo. Ne consiglio assolutamente l'acquisto. Indispensabile!

This is a quality product thats easy to use and I am sure will last a very long time. I like the handle of the brush, as it allows more control during the cleaning of the stylus. My only dislike was the cost, as its expensive compared to similar products, however overall I am very please with my choice.
