Fantastic hand held steamer, easy to use and powerful on stubborn creases would definitely recommend for a decent price

Does the job, but leaks very easily, especially during steaming which causes my clothes to get water stains. It also comes with too many attachments which is confusing and long. However, it is much more comfortable to use than other hand held steamers that I have tried before. Size: The size of the steam plate is a good size, better and big than other steamers. Value for money: Good price, does the job, good sturdy quality Ease of use: Easy to use, attachments are a bit fiddly, annoying and confusing. Ironing ability: Irons well, does what it needs to do but can end up leaking (which many other steamers do too) Steam output: It does not generate too much steam, but still ends up ironing clothes perfectly Crease removal: Removes creases within seconds depending on the material, more heavy dresses with embroidery can take longer compared to just plain materials. Why did you choose this product over others?: I chose this product due to Russel Hobbs, I have used their products for years and they have lasted me forever, I know I can trust the durability of this product, as other steamers have broken down within months of use. Update: I have also realised, it does use a lot of water a once, which may be frustrating to have to refill continuously especially if you are steaming a heavy, work-detailed dress (Pakistani clothing). For simple shirts etc it is fine.

This is a massive ‘handheld’ steamer/iron. Its great for multiple purposes including refreshing beds/sofa’s etc. Pros; - Easy to use and set up - works really well at its job - removes creases in multiple items and fabrics - long lead - quick to heat up. - can be used vertically or horizontally - durable, trusted brand - large water tank (4-5 items at once!) CONS; - horizontally its very heavy (like really heavy to use) - not massive steam output, so its more of a traditional iron - bit bulky for shirt sleeves etc overall I would recommend it, but i think this is more of a portable iron than a steamer. Good value for money.

I’m really happy with this steamer! I got it to de-crease clothes I’m selling on Vinted, and it’s been a total win. It heats up in about a minute and gives a strong, steady steam that smooths clothes quickly without leaving them damp. I can do around six or seven items before needing to refill the detachable water tank, and it’s light enough to hold comfortably. I’ve also started using it to freshen up bed sheets between washes and to get creases out of clean sheets once they’re on the bed, it’s so easy. It even works brilliantly for steaming the sofa after my dog’s been on it, keeping everything fresh without fuss. Good power, great design, and fab quality for the price. Highly recommend!

Great steamer works well

It’s a great 2 in 1 iron. There seems to be an issue with the steam on/off button. We have returned two of these due to failing steam on/off button. Apart from that it’s a good steamer and hang iron . Russell and Hobbs need to look into this issue . Water capacity is less.

Only used a couple of times but does the job. Only marked down one as it's quite heavy to hold as a steamer and I've used much lighter ones. But great you can use as an iron too.

This is very efficient. Takes very little time to get to temperature. I’ve started using this as my main ‘ironing’ tool as it’s far less bulky than my normal steam iron. Not easy to use without a flat surface (vertical or horizontal) as it’s extremely hot if you’re trying to hold clothes loose on a hanger. This also comes with various tools to make it easy to use on many other surfaces, including one with brushes on the sides to get rid of stubborn stuck-on lumps (eg spilled food on a cooker top). I love it.

Does the job perfectly

I wouldn’t call it a steamer, it’s basically just a portable iron, and it's important to mention that it's heavy. As a steamer, it’s really bad. It doesn’t steam properly, because you still have to iron your clothes afterwards. So what’s the point of steaming them at all? And even as a portable iron, it’s heavy and bulky, there are much smaller and lighter options available. Unfortunately, this was a waste of money for me.

The reservoir leaks through the lid way way too much. Literally pours out. Place it on its side it leaks. Turn it sideways it leaks. How this was placed on the market with such a design fault is amazing. It also only steams when one of the three attachments is on.
