Only one side is charging; the other side is not charging.If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give a single star.I request all of you not to buy this product; it works fine for a few days, but later, issues like call connectivity problems, automatic disconnections, and charging faults start occurring. I have bought these same earbuds twice so far, and honestly, I am very angry. My money has gone to waste twice.

Worst product I have ever purchased.
I have purchase this product in March 2025 and today is 13th May 2025 . I am very much disappointed using this product as one of bud is not charging. Stopped working. It does not work good in calling. Only as earphone may be used but during call the receivers not able to hear the sound. If there is a return policy I would like to return the product.

Mine came broken the headphones would charge even when the case was 100% and they wouldn’t connect to my phone only my MacBook. They came on 10% battery so I could use them for a few minutes before I discovered they wouldn’t charge.
