I recently started using the Russell Hobbs Handheld Clothes Steamer after my wife bought it, having seen a friend use it — and it has genuinely impressed us. It heats up quickly, removes creases effortlessly, and is much more convenient than setting up an ironing board. The design is lightweight, easy to handle, and simple to store, which makes it perfect for quick touch‑ups or everyday use. It’s become a really useful addition to our home, and we’re very pleased with how effective it is. Definitely worth recommending.

This is the first clothes steamer that I have used. It appears to be good quality and the attachments might come in handy. I have a disability in my arms but didn't find it heavy to hold when filled with water. The only down side I found was that I was having to refill the water tank after steaming 2 t-shirts. But that might be my inexperience of steaming clothes. For the price this is a good steamer. Don't forget to buy a steamer hanging pad/cover if you are using it on the back of a door.

Excellent. Easy to operate and worked really well. Bought for my daughter's wedding and was used for all the dresses and shirts.

Does the job, but have to use it very slowly, still spits out some water like the cheap ones but nothing as bad, probably the best out of the sub £50 steamers

I’ve been really impressed with this. I wasn’t expecting loads from a handheld steamer, but it’s genuinely powerful and heats up quickly, which makes it ideal when you’re in a rush. It’s easy to use and doesn’t spit water everywhere like some cheaper ones I’ve tried. The steam output is consistent and strong enough to get creases out of shirts, t-shirts and even thicker fabrics without much effort. I’ve also used it on curtains and it handled that well too. The attachments are a nice bonus. I’ve mainly used the fabric brush which works well, but it’s good having options depending on what you’re steaming. The fragrance diffuser is a bit of a gimmick in my opinion, but not a deal breaker. Water tank is a decent size for a handheld, though you’ll need to refill if you’re doing a big batch. Build quality feels solid and it looks quite premium as well. Overall, really handy bit of kit. Perfect for everyday use and much easier than getting the ironing board out.

This product is not working only used a few times but some of the product has come away & leaking can I have a replacement thank you

I hate ironing and having a young kitten is making ironing impossible so I brought this. I got through a mountain of ironing in 2 days. Effortless. Just hang the clothes on the hanger and glide the steamer over both sides, job done... next item please. Plus you can add a bit of Aromatherapy oil and it made my whole place smell amazing. Ive even steamed the sofa. I love this steamer, ive just leant it to my neighbour as I think she will love it too...

Works very good on polyester. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend. This item actually made me appreciate ironing as it takes less time than the steamer.
