I can’t say enough good things about this supplement! Let me start by saying I am only 30 but have suffered from chronic fatigue my whole life. I took a 23 and me genetic test which did not give me any answers I was looking for. Then one day I read an article that says 40% of people have a MTHFR gene mutation where their body doesn’t process folic acid properly. So I took my genetic raw data and copied it to a program that scanned my data for this mutation. Turns out I have one good gene and one bad, meaning I was processing folic acid but not efficiently. With this supplement I wake up in the morning with my eyes feeling open and rested. My brain feels clearer and I just feel like the “fog” has lifted so to speak! Since starting this supplement I even make it to the gym regularly now, because I feel like I have the energy!!! I love that it has a b-complex with it because the B’s are also known for helping with energy production. If you are wondering if you have the MTHFR gene mutation where you don’t convert folic acid properly I would recommend trying the Thorne Supplement that offers 1mg of tetrahydrofoline. If you notice a difference, then you probably do. If you don’t notice any difference then these supplements probably won’t be of benefit to you. I want to share with people that i started with 1mg and noticed a huge difference in my energy. However, after 30 days of taking it my results diminished (I will explain why below). Due to this, I started taking two 1mg supplements and the results came back which is how I realized I needed a higher dosage and how I stumbled upon this amazing 5mg supplement. I work for a pharmacy and am very aware of how supplements and medications can work wonders at first and then dull down to just mediocre results. This is due to receptor cites on your cells being starved for certain info (or chemical messengers) and when they first get it you feel amazing! Then if your results dwindle it just means you need more. To give you an example: imagine you are dying of thirst and Someone hands you a glass of water. That first glass of water is going to taste amazing and feel great! So you start drinking one glass of water every day. Well, pretty soon your gonna realize that’s not enough so you drink more water until you find what point sustains you regularly. So what I’m saying is for me this is the supplement that sustains me regularly and is probably something I will take for the rest of my life! (Unless my results diminish then I will go to their next higher mg supplement). If you struggle with constant fatigue or know you have the MTHFR mutation this supplement could be what you need. If you find out you don’t need the converted form of folic acid it won’t hurt you to take it anyway so why not give it a try.

This has helped with our daily energy levels and also a slight mood lifter too! Truly one of the most effective supplement I have taken. There is no smell and you just need 1 a day to making it easy and effective!

Excellent quality of supplements. Not near as bad most bcomplex. My teenager with swallowing issues can take this no problem! It’s a Thin Capsule not hard pill . Not a strong smell.

I use this for energy and as a mood stabilizer for my hormones PMDD in conjunction with my birth control and celexa and prozac. Works great, has a slight after taste only noticeable if taken on an empty stomach. Also be aware when urinating it changes the color to a bright yellow.

It spoiled to fast less than a month of use. Had to throw it away. Lost my money.
