I did not expect that the form is so well made and I really liked that it is larger than it seems in the photo, it came in the original box, everything is at the highest level. Arnaque, c'est impossible de démouler, infernal à nettoyer
J'ai utilisé 4 fois ce moule. Jamais obtenu un démoulage propre. Même la pana cotta se fragmente. Comme le moule est extrêmement rainuré, la matière reste coincée. Ce qui gâche l'effet du moule. C'est également atroce à nettoyer. Je vais le jeter. Et je n'achèterai rien de cette marque. Je suis assez fort en pâtisserie pourtant.
