Divides current from a single power adapter.
Works great when paired with an adapter like the 12V 5A Power Adapter Barrel Jack Connector. An LED panel will hardwire and mount to the receiving screw style posts. Then just plug in the power adapter. Avoid using a smart charger as it requires a load. If so, you'll want to pick up a small rechargeable battery to put inline.

They work great for low current draw devices, and are inexpensive,
These work fine. Note that if you have more than one device drawing power at a time you'll probably see some voltage drop unless you have a very high quality power supply. That's not a problem with the cables, though, but with the power adapter. With 2 devices drawing power the voltage drop is minimal. With 3 it's larger, but probably not enough to matter for most uses. These cables are a lot cheaper, and a lot less cumbersome, than plugging in 3 separate wall warts. I would use these for devices with a high current draw, but otherwise they seem fine.

I only needed one 2 way splitter but this was a good deal and let's me hook up more supply.

I made a mistake. The intermitting power wasn't from this cable. It was from the power supply so I'm revising this review 2 a 5 star rating. They work well and I will orde again if needed.
