Made me rediscover an old shoe in a completely new way!
Made me rediscover an old shoe in a completely new way I put them into my Adidas Adizero Evo SL, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting such a noticeable difference. The fit was excellent right away. They fit perfectly inside the Evo SL without making the shoe feel cramped or changing its overall character. The shoe still feels soft and cushioned, but the added arch support gives my foot a much more stable and supported platform to push from. The biggest surprise was how much more responsive and bouncy the shoe felt. It almost felt like I had bought a completely new pair of running shoes. The Evo SL’s softness was still there, but instead of feeling slightly loose or mushy underfoot, it suddenly felt more controlled and energetic. My stride felt smoother, and I had a much stronger sensation of being able to push off the ground. If you have a soft running shoe that feels a little too unstructured or you’re looking for more arch support without sacrificing cushioning, these are definitely worth trying.

Good support for PTT.
These are very supportive. I am a teacher on my feet most of the day and now have posterior tibial tendinitis. These help me (along with an active ankle brace) not have pain at the end of the day.

Must have for sufferers of plantar fasciitis
I've been wearing these for over a year now and they really help from flaring up plantar fasciitis. I use them in my daily walkers and pickleball shoes. The arch support is great and I feel more stable in my shoes with them. They are not the cheapest inserts but definitely worth the cost.

Great fit, not much relief for me
I bought these after some days wearing crocs left my interior shin splints aching and to try and take better care of my feet generally for big walking days. I took out my standard insoles and have been wearing these daily for about a week. I like that the insoles aren't "cut to fit" so the arch support is lined up just right and they feel sturdy. The insoles don't slide around in the shoe and contoured nicely to my shoe shape. They aren't comfy and cushiony but do provide nice support it seems. I didn't experience less tired feet after long walking days or much improvement in the shin splints which I hoped for, but I can see how they might help someone else. I am not sure I will buy these again, but am not sorry I bought these.

These make even the cheapest shoes comfortable.
I have these in almost every pair of shoes I own. I first purchased them for a $20 pair of cheap shoes. That were so cute but I would never be able to wear because they hurt my feet. My husband suggested we get insoles, so I could wear them. We purchased these. It's been three years, and I haven't looked back.

Oven molding does not work
Did not work for me. I only tried these because they claimed to mold to your foot after warming in the oven. I noticed no difference after multiple attempts at heating. Out of the box they hurt my feet to wear, and no improvement with the oven method. Complete waste of money. Unwearable and can’t be returned. Zero stars because the oven method, which was a selling point for me, had absolutely no impact on the fit of the insole.

Not right for my feet
I have extremely high arches, but I don't have any foot pain or anything; I just bought these to replace the inserts which are falling apart that came with my New Balance jogging shoes. The process of heating them in the oven and then molding them by standing with them in worked perfectly (I preheated the oven, and left them in for 5 min instead of 3). The problem for me is the hardness; they hurt my arches. With every step, I feel that hard, molded insert pressing against my arch. Maybe this is what you're supposed to feel? I guess if you're having plantar fascitis, and it hurts when your arch stretches down into that unsupported abyss, it's good to have a solid surface (like this insert) to stop it from overstretching, so that the entire foot has a solid surface to distribute its weight on. For my foot, though, which isn't used to that sensation, it's very uncomfortable. Sometimes when I put on my shoes, I discover that I'd left the previous sock balled up inside, and it slides into the open area of my arch and immediately starts pressing into it. I can't take more than a step or two like that. This is what it feels like having that hard arch support in there. These definitely feel well-made and of high-quality material, and I'm guessing that they would provide the support that some feet need. For me, though, who just needed another soft removable insert to replace the ones I have, this product isn't what I need.

Best insoles
I was recommended these a few years back by a friend in the Royal Marines. I'm now on my 4th set as I get through walking boots at a rate of about a pair every 18 months or so (some serious hiking!). Very highly recommended, they give excellent support to the whole foot and allow me to walk all day with no issues from my feet. By far the best insoles on the market and the first thing I fit when I get a new pair of hiking boots - chuck out the factory fitted insoles and insert a pair of these, you won't regret it!

Warning - check size before buying
The product summary lists the shoe size as men or women. with no further size guide information. I chose the women's size for my wife. When it came the packaging showed the real UK size and EU size next to the women's size shown in the advert - the UK size was 3 sizes smaller than the advertised size. I still have no idea what this advertised size refers to. Worst of all, I discover that this product is ineligible for returns, so I'm stuck with a shoe insole useless to anyone in my family.

Support you can count on.
This is my third pair. Perfect fit. Excellent for knee rehab and general stabilization. As an older person I feel more confident using this well-crafted product. I tried many others, over the counter and expensive professional models. This design worked the very best.

I have Many Pairs!
Okay, I didn’t think I’d ever care this much about insoles, but the SOLE Active Medium insoles are honestly a game-changer. I got them because I’ve been dealing with some serious foot pain (thanks, plantar fasciitis), and these things have made such a huge difference. First of all, the support is insane. They mold to your feet after just a couple of wears, and it’s like they were custom-made for me. I didn’t even realize how much I needed proper arch support until I started using these. My feet used to feel wrecked after long days of walking around campus or standing at work, but now the pain is basically gone. Like, how did I live without these before? What I love most is that they’re not bulky or uncomfortable. I’ve tried other insoles that felt weird or didn’t fit right in my shoes, but these slide in perfectly. They’re super lightweight, and I barely even notice they’re there—except for the fact that my feet don’t hurt anymore, which is amazing. I also have to give a shoutout to how durable they feel. I’ve been wearing them daily, and they haven’t flattened out or lost their shape at all. They seem like they’re going to last a long time, which makes them totally worth the price. If you’re on your feet a lot or struggling with foot pain, do yourself a favor and get these. Seriously, they’ve made walking and standing so much more comfortable, and I don’t dread long days anymore. I even wear them in my workout shoes, and they’ve been great for that too. I honestly can’t recommend them enough—they’ve saved my feet.
