App/fountain isn't wifi enabled without connection to other petkit products. if traveling out of bluetooth range, app won’t work?

This fountain is Bluetooth connected to the APP and can only be connected remotely to WIFI when connected to a specific product of PETKIT.

I don't have an power outlet near where I'd like to place the fountain. Do you have a rechargeable model available?

Can the app set up a specific custom interval to start/stop? For example, can you set it to turn on at 8 am and turn off at 8 pm? Or every 3 hours?

Thank you for your question. This fountain allows you to set the no-disturb time. During the no-disturb time, the fountain stops working. Also, when in smart mode, you can set the time interval between drinking work and rest. But this interval can only be within 1-60 minutes.

When are you sending me a replacement for the fountain you sent missing multiple peices?!?!

I guess my best suggestion would be to call them and have them either send you a QR code to send it back to get a new one I'm assuming you bought it within the 30-day period so you can still return it if so then return it and tell them it was defective missing parts otherwise if you've had it for a period of time and it's no longer can be returned the only other thing I can do is suggest that you speak with somebody and clarify exactly what the problem is and what parts you may be missing or may need to make your product function properly
