I take a medication that depletes my selenium so I must take a selenium supplement to replace the lost selenium in my system. Most selenium smells terrible and taste pretty nasty too, but not Codeage Selenium. I love that I get an 6 month amount for a great price of a high quality selenium supplement. I have been using it for many years. I highly recommend their Selenium and have found every Codeage supplement I have used are excellent quality.

I would have given this a 5-star rating but the container is HUGE, compared to the amount of product it holds. There is room for 3-4x more capsules in the HUGE container, which makes absolutely no sense. I put the capsules in a much smaller container and made a label for it. I do sleep better using this form of selenium.
