This specialty caviar is a perfect addition to a gourmet meal; used as a substitute in recipes calling for the more traditional roes. It also makes a beautiful garnish, especially alongside sushi. Originally from Iceland, ours is from neighboring Sweden. Review: Perfect - Everything about this product is perfect. The color looks natural. The eggs are not crushed in the jar. They have a lovely snap when you chew them. Lastly, the flavor is good for this type of caviar. Not too salty or fishy. Just perfect for making my dip! Perfect
Everything about this product is perfect. The color looks natural. The eggs are not crushed in the jar. They have a lovely snap when you chew them. Lastly, the flavor is good for this type of caviar. Not too salty or fishy. Just perfect for making my dip!

not what i expected
not what i expected...very small eggs ..the taste was not good... and although they had ice packs in the box they were defrosted and the product was not cold

I didn’t like it
Pretty good as it came in it looks exactly like another picture I just did not like it I did not like the taste it was a really strong taste and whenever I ate it like five hours later I ate pizza and it just taste like that and if you like caviar or you just really want to try it you’re into seafood which I am not go ahead

not what I expected
It was basically red lumpfish row. I thought it would be salmon caviar with much larger eggs. I had to throw it away ...noone would eat it, including me
