I've been using this monitor for two years now and it was purchased specifically for its size, features, and stellar reviews even at the time. The fact that there are still recent purchases with equally satisfied customers I think speaks volume for it. I actually do not use it for gaming (or at least not currently), but rather as a monitor for an Apple TV setup. I needed a VERY specific size to fit a confined space on the wall and it is exactly the largest I could have fit. 25" diagonal is not a common size and the low profile bezel is very nice. So two thumbs up for Samsung having accurate dimensions listed. It also attached perfectly to my mount if that is of any concern. No, it does not have speakers, but it does pass through audio via a 1/8" out and it works perfectly. You could also use an HDMI audio extractor if you need to pull a higher quality from your source. The picture quality from my Apple TV is excellent with absolutely no jitter, excellent color reproduction, and is very sharp. This isn't an expensive monitor with more bells and whistles, is "only" 1080p, and isn't my 65" OLED tv, but for the price and excellent user satisfaction I really think it hits the mark. Gamers seem to be very satisfied, and if it's doing a good job at rendering their games to their standards then I knew my basic usage was going to be good.

Was in search for a high refresh rate monitor that was 1080p and found that this monitor had the best colors/brightness. Decided to buy a second one and have had no issues with either monitors. Highly recommend this monitor!

This has been a great monitor. Great size, great refresh rate for gaming. The UI is sensible and responsive. Colors really pop nicely on it. Even if you buy it as a starter monitor, when/if you upgrade later, it will still be useful as a second monitor with its very wide range of motion and rotation.

Good display and just the right size for my preference while gaming. Only bad is that the hdmi notification keeps turning on and off while my laptop is in sleep mode. I can probably shut it off but, I dont like to rush into anything...

I've been using this monitor since mid-December, and the jump to 240Hz is honestly a game-changer, especially for competitive titles where smoothness is everything. Unlike other high-refresh-rate screens, the IPS panel here delivers really vivid colors and great viewing angles. The 25-inch size is the sweet spot for 1080p resolution, so everything looks sharp without any pixelation. G-Sync worked right out of the box to eliminate screen tearing, which was great. Just a heads-up: the stand is solid and fully adjustable, but the legs do take up a fair amount of desk space; still, for the performance you get, the value is unbeatable.

This is the best monitor for your money. I am absolutely huge on ghosting, and this monitor has NONE! Like seriously. I bought a monitor for well above 600 and it STILL had very noticeable ghosting which made me SICK when playing games and i could always see it. This one never gave me that issue. I tested it on that ufo site and could not see any. Its great. Not to mention its very lightweight for the quality it is. Like it weighs probably 5 pounds without the stand. Or not even that lol. Just get it. Not gonna find a monitor this good for the price. :)

The Samsung Oddysey G4 is a brilliantly made monitor that not only is exactly as described but better! Honestly, this monitor is worth every cent. The picture quality is AMAZING to say the least. Games and movies look absolutely gorgeous!! The smooth fluid motion of the 240Hz refresh rate makes games come to life and seem as though they are going to pop right off the screen! The construction of this monitor is superb and the IPS panel is highest quality. Some may laugh as the size of this monitor but it's no laughing matter, it is plenty big enough for gaming and watching movies on as well as office work. An all around terrific, solid, top quality monitor that you will not regret buying! My only advice is to make sure you have a pc that can run games at a very high frame rate or you will be wasting you rmoney. For example if your PC can only run a game at 90FPS than you're not going to benefit from a 240Hz refresh rate at all and would be wasting your money. Just keep that in mind..

Excelente monitor, brinda una imagen de muy buena calidad para cualquier tipo de tarea y en videojuegos se comporta muy bien.

Tenía que opinar porque estoy muy satisfecho, ofrece mucho rendimiento por un precio razonable, es tan ajustable como uno quiera, tanto en términos de ergonomía como de parámetros de imagen, donde cuenta con opciones de protección de la vista, rendimiento en juegos, ajuste automático del brillo, etcétera. Es posible que windows tenga algunos problemas para manejarlo al conectarlo la primera vez, instala el driver de la página de samsung y listo, fabuloso para acompañar a una buena GPU.

Best monitor ever good for fps colors are great!

Increíble salto, antes usaba un monitor de 60hz y optar por este de 240hz ha sido de las mejores inversiones, pude haberme ido por algo más sencillo, talvez uno de 144hz, pero, tenía la oportunidad de adquirir este. Muy satisfecho, lo recomiendo ampliamente, su resolución es 1920X1080, relación de aspecto 16:9, el brillo, contraste, colores, tiempo de respuesta, entre otros son excelentes, además, puedes girar el monitor de forma vertical y cambiar su altura e inclinación, adjunto una comparativa breve entre los 60hz del monitor viejo (izquierdo) y el ODYSSEY G4 a 240hz (derecho).
