they are made of cheap light weight plastic so you have to be gentle them, "dont over tighten anything" "dont drop in the shower". If this goes well they work amazingly. Awesome pressure boost and the controls work very well. I dont use the filters because i bought them for the pressure boost and im afraid the filter would restrict that. overall an awesome product!

I have no words for how awful the quality control and build quality of these showerheads are. Let me preface this by saying the whole idea and features are a 5/5 if a perfect unit existed, but here is my experience with the 3 of these I have gotten. First one: The box came with a puncture hole in it and it was unsealed (outer shipping box was fine). The teflon tape that came with this unit was completely empty, which makes me think it was a repackaged user return. With the showerhead actually setup, I actually really liked it, but within a couple days it started developing leaks in the upper plastic ball joint which is making it not perfect. Second one: Crushed and unsealed box again, a filter that came with it was also broken and it spilled tiny balls all over my bathroom floor which took awhile to clean up. The showerhead itself was an unusable mess when setup, the stream was spraying left right and everywhere but focused, basically a mist machine. Third one: No surprise that the box was unsealed again, but surprisingly not as crushed as the previous two. Unfortunately, this one has even more leaking issues than the first, the circular crease going around the plastic shell isn't tightly sealed and water leaks out of this, affecting the power of the final stream and just a general mess. It begs the question: Is this company selling any brand new and unflawed units? Or are these all just repackaged returns being sold as new? And is this the average quality control of the original factory batch? This showerhead is an amazing idea, I love having the LED features, the powerful water pressure, the knob to adjust water pressure, a pause/resume feature, and a second ball joint for extra control for angles. I just want a unit that works!

I was debating on whether it was worth buying this showerhead because there were as many people who hated it as people who loved it. I'm glad I pulled the trigger because this thing is SWEET!!!!!! I had just gotten new showerheads for my master bath and my kid's bathrooms on the first two floors of my house and we all loved the extra boost it gave us because we are on well water. The bathroom in the basement however just never was fun to shower in. It didn't have any zest. I decided to go with this showerhead instead of the ones I got for the two main floors simply because I was curious. I figured for $16 or whatever....whats the worst thing that could happen? And I was right. The only thing I was disappointed in is that it literally came with no directions! I know, what do you need directions for when it comes to a showerhead? Well this one has replacable filters so knowing how to replace them would be nice. And this is literally just a showerhead. There are no other parts with it like with most. Meaning the part that you screw onto the shower and the long hose that you use to attach the shower to the showerhead. That was a little surprsing but if you are already replacing a showerhead with a hose on it? Then its no problem. But someone going straight from a shower to a showerhead that needs a hose? That would be a major problem, especially since like I said....no instructions whatsoever. But for my use? It was perfect. My kids used it and LOVED it so I tried it tonight and it was a little slice of heaven. It provided an intense spray and my water was absolutely hot so I'm not sure whats up with the people saying that their hot water doesn't feel hot. I'm not saying it doesn't happen but for me, with the lowest pressure shower in the house? This provided really really good pressure and super hot water came through so....... Zero complaints at the end of the day and I just won't recommend it....but if you are on my Christmas list you will probably see this bad boy in your stocking this year! Its THAT good!

These work really well until they dont. They crack open at the head. It does last for about a year or so.

I’ve now had this for about five months. It works wonderful. I wish I could find replacement builders for it, but I’m not sure what to look for those yet. As far as adorability people have to remember it is plastic. It’s not metal. It’s just plastic. You have to be a little gentle with it, but I’ve dropped it smacked it against my tub smacked it against the faucet no cracking nothing bad it’s got great pressure You can turn it up. Turn it down. It’s really good for that price. It’s awesome. I can use it to clean my whole shower. It’s very easy to clean it out. It feels like a constant massage on you and it looks cool in the shower. But I will say mine does not change any colors. It’s just clear plastic. There is no color changing so I do remove two stars for that cause that would’ve been really cool.

This by far is the best shower head I have ever used bar none... It nice that it filters the water and eliminates hard minerals before hand is a bonus, but what's best is the shower pressure thats what sold me. After watching some videos I was skeptical but I am telling you this thing performs as advertised. If love lots of pressure and you current shower head isnt giving you that buy this one you wont be disappointed. If there was one negative thing to say about this its be careful installing the filters I had one that the area around the threads cracked and I had to replace it, and the o ring seal on the new one seams to have stretched and hard to reinstall without damaging it. Other that those 2 thing that If your careful not to over tighten it you will love it! This has different color options and the veritable pressure settings are a nice feature.

Happy surprise. Great pressure, multi filters, and easy install. I wish it had multiple settings.

Very good water flow. Does not make your pressure better but does have a good spray pattern

This shower head is a wonderful idea of producing a really good spray with reduced water consumption. The catch is that it causes the water flow to keep changing causing it to go hot and cold uncontrollable. Returned as not fit for use. I suspect the base design is good but the production quality let's it down.
