While it’s a bit heavy it is very safe to use and is sturdy. Babies are very comfortable in the safety straps. The motor is quiet and lulls the baby to sleep.

Bluetooth/App Control Issue: When controlled via the app over Bluetooth, the motion unexpectedly speeds up every 1–2 cycles. The change is abrupt and feels like a sudden jerk, which startled our baby repeatedly. Because of this, we completely stopped using the app controls. 2. Jerky Start of Motion (Manual Use): Even when starting the motion directly (without the app), there is a noticeable and sudden jerk at the beginning of each cycle. Instead of gently soothing the baby, this startle effect defeats the purpose and makes it harder for the baby to relax or fall asleep. Due to these motion issues, we ultimately stopped using the product despite its otherwise excellent design and build quality.
