The fit was right. They were just the right snugness.

I was looking for an alternative to the Speedo Endurance+ Jammers that have gone to $45+. These seemed like they got good reviews and were priced more around where the Endurance+ have been historically priced. The good: Pricing was great. The pricing was at a point where if the jammers were a complete flop, I wouldn't be too worried about it. Material: (Pardon the picture as I pulled it out of my backpack after three days) the material on the Endurance+ is great and lasts a while (2 years, swimming 3k three times per week), and the materials on these seem good as well. It has a premium feel but as I've only had them a few weeks, can't speak to the longevity of them. The downsides: Sizing/Fit: I typically wear a 34 in the Endurance+ (typically a 31-32 in jeans/shorts) and those have a "fitted" fit and have good stretch. I got a Medium in this version and while the waist and the bottom of the jammers fit well, but the thighs surprisingly are loose. I'm a guy with larger than normal quads too, so this surprised me. They are not as loose as shorts, but definitely aren't as fitted as the Speedos. If you are looking for a looser fit, maybe these are for you. If I went down to a Small, I think the jammers may end even higher on my thigh. Waist Band: because the waist band is so wide, and the tie can ride anywhere in that band, if you push off from the well, the "top" edge of the band has a tendency to parachute open momentarily as you push off the wall. If that band was narrowed, I think this issue would be fixed. Overall I would probably purchase these again, if the fit and waistband issues were fixed it would be a no brainer to purchase these. As-is I can live with the downsides as the price reflects the value.

They fit great and are very comfortable

I got a pair of these for my husband to wear under his wetsuit when we go snorkeling and freediving (to make changing into his suit in public easier and less risque), and now he won't wear any other kind of swim shorts. He loves them so much, they've become his favorite comfy shorts to wear around the house as well! He's been wearing these constantly for a couple of months now, and they've held up incredibly well. Clearly they're well made, as they've been through several ocean excursions and almost daily jacuzzi and pool outings, and show no signs of obvious wear. The seams are all still intact and secure, no holes, pilling, or distressing has appeared, and the fabric is still opaque with no loss of elasticity. While opaque enough to not be see through at all, they are of a similiar thickness to bike shorts or a Speedo, so keep that in mind if you're bashful. The only downside? Now I have to buy these in every color available 😅

These are cool but they don't last super long. I used them in the ocean a handful of times and I swim in a pool a few times a week during the summer/fall. Under these conditions they lasted about a year and a half for me before getting very loose and flabby. Other jammers I've used have lasted much longer
