Doesn’t fit documents
This filing box neither comes with the folders you need, nor does it fit standard hanging folders - the folders are too big and you can close them. You can’t even use this to store papers in plastic zip lock folders as they are too big as well. Entirely useless for filing.

Functional and aesthetically pleasing box
Great and sturdy feel to the box. Can hold sooo many documents and folders! I have purchased this for my home to store my important documents in an aesthetically pleasing manner. For those who think an entire file cabinet is an overkill!

Nice, Sleek - Hanging File Box
This box works perfectly to hold all of my sheet music. The lid is meant to not be tight fitting on it's own as it's purpose is to hold hanging files. The lid fits snug with the hanging files inside. I'm very pleased with this box. I don't use the little handle to lift the box, only to pull it toward me. Would recommend that you hold the actual box when lifting it. Box is beautiful and sleek and sturdy. Was not damaged at all and works perfectly for my purposes.
