Works like it should!
There isn't much to comment about. It is a cable and it works. It solved a problem that I had when I foolishly bought a motherboard without a USB 3.0 header. I plugged this cable into the rear USB 3.0 ports, ran it into the case through the I/O shield, then connected it to the case cable, and presto. The front USB 3.0 ports work!

Functional
Used this with an old computer case that I stuck an eGPU dock inside so that i could use the case's front USB ports, since that dock doesn't have internal USB headers I ran this adapter to a USB hub ooit the back instead.

solid...works well
Installed this to get USB C connections to a back panel header and it worked well.

Works, short.
Works as expected, just wish they had a longer version.

It works
Moved an Optiplex motherboard to a new case. The board has a ton of sensors and will complain if any of them are not present. I moved the front panel from the old case to inside the new one, and used this adapter to make the new case front ports work with the old front panel.

Really good
It works perfectly, buy this if your PC doesn't have a USB 3.0 port

It Kinda Works
I ordered this cable to solve the issue of an inaccessible 19-pin USB 3.2 connector on my MSI X570 Edge motherboard; I was unable to connect the thick front-panel cable of my Corsair Red-Shift case, thus leaving me without front-panel USB connections. I had purchased an Inateck 2-port PCIe USB 3.0 card [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JFR2H64/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1] in order to plug in the front-panel connectors; while this worked, the 19-pin connector of the add-in card only provides a USB 2.0 connection (but both connections on the front of the case). On to plan B. I then purchased this cable in order to connect the case's 19-pin plug to the USB 3.0 jacks on the face of the add-in card; this also partially worked, since one of the front-panel jacks worked at USB 3.0 speeds, but the other jack was completely dead. This was the issue regardless of which cable was plugged into which jack. When I disconnected this cable and plugged a USB 3.0 device into each of the card's jacks, they both worked, so I can only assume that the issue lies with this cable. Maybe I just got a bad one.

Does what I needed
The first one I ordered did not work; just defective, I guess. Anyway, I sent the first one back. But after reading several reviews on the product, most thought it worked great, so I ordered another and indeed it does work as described.

Cable is USB 3.0 functional
In an older computer I installed a front 5.25 inch USB/Audio panel. The panel had rather long cords to make connection to the motherboard, but of course the older board had no USB 3.0 header to plug into. I used this adapter to socket the connector and run the cable out the back of the case then into the computer's two USB 3.0 sockets. That transferred high speed to the front panel and there were no connection issues at all. The cable looks quite short in the photo, but it's most likely more than long enough for what you'll need.
