i had a slight problem with an app issue, the seller is totally genuine and solved my problem right away.a very smart solid box with excellent remote control everything you need to set it up is in the box including hdmi cable.very easy to set up as plug and playrecommended seller very genuine

Almost Everything about this box is great value for the price tag however the controller is dreadful, when clicking on apps you often have to press the same directional button 3 or 4 times for it to work which is very annoying, the controller appears to have to lined up almost perfectly with the box for it to work!Update - I have now found a controller that works brilliantly, scrolls through menues fast and smoothly.Just search Amazon for "WeChip Mini Air Fly Mouse Remote 2.4G Motion Sensing Controller with Keyboard for Android TV Box/PC/TV "You will not be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Just took delivery, plugged it in, will not boot fresh out of the box. I keep removing the power and plug it back in and it booted once. I turn the device off from the remote control, and it wouldn't come back on without unplug the power again. 0/5 stars. Absolute garbage.

When navigating menus this thing is reasonably snappy. The picture is decent quality. Delivery was fast and the seller kindly and quickly sent a new remote when mine was being dodgy.... but this thing is rubbish.As soon as I ask it to do something that requires any power it's super unresponsive. So if I get it to play a video, it'll play the video fine, but won't accept any input from the remote for the next minute.Super frustrating, especially if you've accidently clicked on the wrong video. I 100% regret buying it. Spend a bit extra and get something else. This thing is trash and will be getting replaced ASAP.EDIT: I bought a 2.4GHz keyboard and touch pad and usb dongle for it and it's so much better.The old version of android means not all apps can be downloaded... no disney+ for example. Bit wild.

So far it seems to be OK. Box does get very hot like all the android boxes. Fixed that with a small USB fan

Buying these devices is quite literally akin to gambling. You never know what quality you are going to get. My previous one died after six months, just switched off and would not power back on again.This one is simply annoying in all the worst ways, the screen resolution reverts everytime it switches off back to 480p. If you set it to auto detect it will switch to 1080p but then once you shut down and start it again, it switches back to 480p despite still being set to auto detect and of course when you flick that switch off and on again it goes back to 1080p, zero automation there then.Randomly disconnecting from the router is another good trick it does.On a positive note, this version does seem to have stable blue tooth so far.Weirdly the remote connection is not as good as the previous model, it's a minor thing that you often don't notice but sometimes you are clicking away and nothing is happening.All in all disappointing, really wish a company would get a grip of this market
